DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The day they were scheduled to pick up my daughter car they tripled the price. I am text communications where they were specifically asked, IS THIS THE FINAL PRICE. The response was YES. I heard about the scams and thought I had done enough homework but I was taken advantage of. They do not want to stand behind written communication between myself and the employee.

Beware! DO NOT SIGN anything it’s bait and switch! They say they have a driver then you agree on a price, sign the contract, make an $100 deposits then it is complete run around after that! They all of a sudden they don’t have a driver and price they quoted you no driver will take unless you “raise” your budget?! My budget? I’m sorry I signed a contract with agreed price?! All of a sudden it’s not a contract it’s an agreed estimate but you can’t back out without a $200 cancelation charge! Complete headache, complete bad business. All these good reviews have to be fake this is a joke and I do not know how they stay in business and get away with this. All I can say is pick someone else! EDIT: I learned a lot from shipping my car, and unfortunately FastAuto Ship LLC was the worst part of the experience. First thing to know: most of these “shipping companies” are really just dispatchers/brokers. They are not the actual car haulers or truck drivers. The price you’re quoted is often an estimate, but the way they word it is extremely vague and buried in fine print. They do not clearly explain that your “agreed price” can change after you sign. Here’s how it went for me: I called and was told they had a driver and the price would be $475, and that my car could be delivered in about three days. They sent a contract stating the agreed amount, a $100 deposit, and the remaining balance due in cash to the driver upon delivery. The estimated delivery date made sense because delays happen, but nowhere was it clearly stated that the PRICE was also only an estimate. The second I signed and paid the deposit, everything changed. Suddenly they “didn’t have a driver” and said they were having trouble finding one because my quote was “too low.” I was literally told it would be the “humble thing to do” to raise my budget to meet what drivers wanted. When I questioned why the price changed after I signed, they said it was always an estimate and that driver availability and pricing change constantly. Basically, the exact opposite of what I was told on the phone. You also can’t easily walk away once you realize what’s happening. Hidden in the contract is a $200 cancellation fee, and they are very quick to remind you of that as soon as you start pushing back. It really feels like you’re stuck and they know it. I tried waiting a couple days to see if a driver would accept something close to the signed amount, but I had a deadline and needed my car delivered when I arrived. We ended up paying $900 total instead of $475. And even after that, once the driver picked up the vehicle, he called asking for even more money, saying dispatch had given incorrect details about the vehicle and route. To make it worse, FastAuto Ship even called me on the day of delivery trying to get me to pay another $100 on my credit card and give the driver $800 cash. At that point it felt like they were trying to squeeze money from both sides. I refused and stuck to what I had already paid and agreed to. They are now harassing me to take down my google review! The company has called three times and text me to take it down, I will not answer or take anything down! The only positive thing I can say is that my car arrived in one piece with no damage. But the stress, arguing, time wasted, and extra money I had to pay was unreal. I told the driver that Fastauto Ship even tried to get another $100 out of me and short change him, he said it happens all the time and to leave bad reviews for them...I said boyyyyy already done and done!! My advice: be extremely careful. Do not trust the first quote. Make them put in writing that the price is the exact price and not an estimate. If they won’t, run.

Jack Albert at Fast Autoship Was easy to work with and very communicative. Kept me informed of when the driver would arrive at pick up location in Washington state gave me a couple of calls and text about status and let me know when my vehicle was scheduled for delivery to Texas. I would definitely recommend Fast Autoship based upon my experience.

It was a pleasure working with true professionals. Many thanks to Scott Robinson—the load was dispatched quickly, and he was always available to resolve even minor details. We would be happy to work together again!

Jack Albert went above and beyond in getting a driver to move my car from Southern California to my home in Oregon. It only took 1 day to get my car back! thank you!

These people are a rip off. They tell you your deposit is totally refundable to charge you and then you have to fihht like hell to get your money back stating the agreemnt had different language. This is a classic BAIT & SWITCH. Don't call them Dont trust them. After I called the person on the phone threatened to charge me $200 more. What a ridiculous company. Don't call them. They barely speak English and are difficult to understand. Total ripoff@

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are scam artist Kevin Harper assured me they could deliver and they did not, quoted me one thing then tripled the price on me...hurried me to pay a deposit which I have not rec'd back...this is the worst company if I could give them zero stars I would...buyer beware this company cannot be trusted. I wrote a bad review and was told if I took it down they would refund my deposit...they have not so I am letting everyone know just how rotten this company is..I tried to call BBB but they are not in the BBB and we all know why because I am sure they do this all the time, I would not recommend this company at all.

Two words: Harris Wilson! Super responsive & Awesome customer service. Only thing more impressive was the price to have my high roof, extended cargo van transported from Atlanta, GA to Mobile, AL! Thanks again to Harris & Fast Autoship! I HIGHLY Recommend.
