Fast Autoship LLC

I was strung along by this company, telling me they had a driver to provide transport services when they didn't. Gave me a quote that was not ethically possible. Then once it was clear they werent going to provide the services agreed upon i was told they sent refund but still have yet to receive it 10+ days later.

Michael was very helpful throughout the whole process. Always had a good communication with him. Excellent service except for getting a quote and the at the time of finding a driver it ended up being significantly more money. Still, my vehicle was delivered on time and with no issues. The driver that showed up was also very friendly loaded my vehicle with extreme care. Will recommend in the future

My Chevy Silverado z71 broke down in South Carolina called fast auto ship spoke with Michael Wood great guy was very helpful arranged for driver to pick up my truck stayed in constant contact with me through the process and my truck was delivered without any problems to my mechanic in Knoxville TN which was a 5 hour drive from where it broke down hopefully the company sees excellent service and people they have working for them I would recommend them to anyone that needs a vehicle transported anywhere in the USA best people,service and price that I could find !

It's not even worth a SINGLE star. Awful service. Bait and switch tactics. Luckily they were nice enough to refund, but that took several weeks with additional harassment and aggressive tactics to utilize their business. Found a MUCH better company to go with that was honest, transparent and timely.

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! IF I could give ZERO stars I would. This company is 100% a scam and they take your money and don't follow through!! "Mr. Daniel Hayes" hardly speaks English and would NOT answer my question when I asked where he was located. Not where his so called company was located. These people are out there preying on the vulnerable!!! We lost a close family member suddenly and was trying to get their vehicles back to where we live. ABSOLUTELY SICKENING!!!!

I had an excellent experience with Fast Autoship LLC. They shipped two vehicles for me, and the entire process went very smoothly. Both drivers were extremely courteous, professional, and took great care of my vehicles throughout the transport. Communication was excellent, and Fast Autoship responded quickly. One thing I learned during the process is that the initial quote is subject to change once a driver is secured, so it’s good to be aware of that upfront. Even with the price adjustment, the service, professionalism, and speed made it well worth it.

Michael Wood was incredibly attentive and kept me informed the entire time my vehicle was traveling. Would highly recommend him if you ever needed a vehicle transported!
