I had my car shipped from Dallas, Texas to Michigan and received it with no issues. This was my first time having a car shipped so I was pretty nervous. The dispatch and driver did stay in communication with me and I received my car with all my belongings with no issues, I would highly recommend fast Auto Ship, these guys are great. Mike was a great help with this process.

My experience with Fast AutoShip LLC was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I was contacted by an agent named “Max H” who repeatedly pushed me to sign an agreement and pay a $150 deposit to secure transport. I was clearly told the total cost to ship my vehicle would be **$575**. After paying the deposit, several days passed and **no driver was assigned**. Instead, I was later informed that the price would now be **over $1,400** - more than double the original quote, then harassed to pay a $200 cancellation fee if I didn't agree. When I objected to the sudden price increase, the situation became even more difficult. After multiple conversations and disputes, someone from the company agreed to issue me a refund on **January 20, 2026**. As of **February 23, 2026**, I have still **not received my $150 refund**, despite repeated follow-ups. I continue to get vague responses and no resolution. My concerns: * High-pressure sales tactics * Deposit taken before a driver was secured * Significant price increase after agreement * Refund promised but not processed If you are comparing auto transport companies, be cautious. Transparency and follow-through matter when trusting someone with your vehicle and your money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Fast AutoShip LLC, AT ALL! RUN from this company!! Positive experience with Daniel Hayes. No issues at all with timely pickup, transport, and delivery. Vehicle arrived without a hint of damage or concern. We initially had a misunderstanding with contract terms, but he was willing to work with me to make it right.

Michael made shipping our vehicle across the country seamless. Our car was picked up on time and arrived a day early. He kept us up to date for the whole duration on the trip.

Great service, Jack Albert was punctual, reliable. honest and professional. The driver was on time. Detail and safety minded all the way. Would highly recommend these guys.

We had a quote from Mark with price $500 to move our car; delivery day, he called and said it is $1,249 stating gas price change; we had $150 deposit, so we said please refund and cancel; he said cancellation is $200. We had all set for delivery and we had to agree on. Driver was great and car arrived good. But be aware their price is not what they say and let you wait until pick up to change it when you have no options. Feeling it was taken advantage of!!!, not happy!

They are Fraud and Scammers. They quoted me $165 to ship my vehicle. Then after I signed the agreement they changed the price to $500. They took my deposit and charged me a $100 cancellation fee. Jack was the one who scammed me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
