Just wanted to throw in a review for my man Chance, who gave such an enjoyable hat purchasing experience. His knowledge combined with his warm friendly approach was top notch! If you need a cowboy hat and want it shaped, talk to Chance!..
Employees were nice and helpful, but the lady who run the place was rude and seemed annoyed. When I asked about military discount, she said no and told her colleagues “they don’t do anything anyway”. I felt disgusted and overall had a very bad feeling leaving the place.
They people were amazing. Decided on a custom hat cause I thought I would get it to fit perfect for me. Did not want it to look like a cowboy hat since I am not a cowboy. Unfortunately when you get a custom you buy it and it looks like a cowboy hat. 🙁 so now I have a hat that I will never wear
If you’re in the market for a hat, ask for Junior. He spent time with me, listened to wanted, and made sure it was right. I knew what I wanted and he made it happen. I can’t say enough good things about this shop.
