We were in town for conference and stayed to explore. The shop has really cute clothing and a big selection of boots. The service was wonderful and the staff was very kind and helpful. We got super cute boots as presents for some of the kids in our family and they were all adorable.
Watch out for these folks. We were going to buy a pair of Justin’s boots that were advertised on sale. When we got to the counter they noticed they had put the sale tag on the wrong pair of boots and expected me to pay 100 dollars more than they advertised. No discount for an apology or anything. I would have paid the whole price if they had advertised correctly.
Many years ago I came to this store and had a great experience. Great customer service, great quality for great prices. Always wanted to go back. When I finally did I had the opposite experience; terrible customer service, average quality for premium prices. They even followed me around, as if I would steal something. Decided to go to the Best Hat Store and found out that the employee who helped me out many years ago, now worked there. Seems like a lot of people have had similar experiences. Anyone looking for Lalo Morales go to the Best Hat Store!!!
If you are looking for anything to be a cowboy or cowgirl this is your spot! They have everything and it’s super affordable! They also have high end stuff as well. Which was pretty crazy, they have a mini bar that serves beer! What a spot! Check it out!

Large store with a wide variety of souvenirs, western wear, boots, hats, and accessories. There’s even a small bar in back! Service is always great! Prices are good!
I've owned several cowboy hats in my life, none that ever really suited me. I stepped in Fincher's just over a week ago and right away saw one that I liked. I tried on several before settling on the right size with a little help from one of the employees. He helped get it fitted properly and it was perfect! Good folks and a great selection of products. Thanks for the awesome service.
What a wonderful bunch of people . Especially the lady that helped my 10 year old son when he was trying on Blue Jean( about 10 pair) . After trying on jeans she offered us something cold and refreshing to drink.
Went to try on a jacket and take a picture. Was told we'd have to buy it first to take a picture with it on. I can understand that attitude if someone is clearly playing dress up but it's inappropriate towards a prospective buyer.
Stopped in over the weekend, customer service was on point. Gentleman that helped us was very personable and attentive. A little pricey but the service was great!
