Buyers Beware! Purchased sandals that were said to be comfortable by the sales associate. Wore them for a few hours max and developed blisters. Receipt says, 'refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase'. So an attempt was made to return the item within days of purchase. The presumed owner was completely unprofessional and nearly got out a microscope to point out flaws at random points on the bottoms of the sandals, claiming they were damaged. This is not the case- they were no different condition than purchased. No reasonable person would do the same when considering to buy. The item was purchased in good faith and from reading other reviews, this happens a lot. So much for the customer always being right and a business owning up to their advertised return policies. Refusing return was one thing, but the negative attitude and ridiculous excuses really made shopping here one big mistake. Bottom line - advise that would be given to any friend- think twice before you buy. Don't expect to be able to return or exchange for any reason. They're simply out to get that money. The customers might as well be the cattle ushered through the stockyards without a care.

Bought a pair of Nocona boots in here today. Haven’t purchased cowboy boots in years and they had exactly what I was looking for, staff was friendly and helpful above and beyond and prices were very fair! Loved that I got to buy my boots in Ft Worth at the stock yards.

I stopped in to look for a hat. I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn't sure they could make it happen. Lucky for me they shaped and trimmed my new hat in less than 5 minutes. Very cool spot in Ft. Worth! Highly recommended.

Fantastic staff that knows more about cowboy boots that most. Us first timers were schooled in the art of boot making, how to fit the boot (unlike normal shoes), and what brand is best for certain foot types. This is the place to get a fair price on quality boots and western wear. Been in business forever and they showed why during our visit.

Loved this store since I was a kid, until yesterday. I took my boyfriend here for his first time and we were followed around the store. While he was trying on boots, the employee was always less than 5 feet away from us the whole time. In the beginning I just thought he was being attentive. But as more guests came in, I saw that he was only acting that way towards us. He wasn't nearly as interested in the other guests. When he was done trying on the pair of boots, we headed over the cowboy hat section where we were followed as well. As I was showing him the hats, I noticed that an older employee moved to where we were (just a few feet away) and the first employee (who looked as if he was designate to the boot section earlier) had now followed us to this section as well. Needless to say, but we left shortly after and have no plans on going back. One more detail, my boyfriend was the darkest and only Hispanic looking person in the store. Still wondering why we were followed?

I am impressed. The store is great. I've been looking for two things for weeks and have really gone to a lot of stores, including various Western stores. And not just in Texas. I couldn't even list the names. I was looking for two things. A new hatband for a hit I like to wear, but the old one needs replacing. There was an incredibly large selection here. So I got what I was looking for... The second was a bolo tie with a single eagle. But not with anything around it. And here there were 3 different ones at once. One I didn't like at all and the other two were really hard to choose from. At the same time, this was the largest selection of bolo ties I've seen in my entire stay in the USA. Unfortunately I only took one photo. So only a small part can be shown. But if you are looking for cowboy pins, hats or similar typical items or accessories. There is a huge selection here

I had been having a good look around for a good quality hat that fitted well and found it a Finchers. The selection there was amazing. Definitely check it out if you’re looking for the RIGHT hat for the right price 💯👌🏼

I don't normally write reviews on sores, but their customer service really impressed me. I went in yesterday looking for pants after my baby had an accident. Everyone was incredibly helpful. After I found a pair, they offered to let me change him in the store.

Eric is a master of his craft. I brought my Stetson in to be cleaned and reshaped, and he did a beautiful job. 10/10, this is the place to go!
