Both times I’ve been in here, I noticed the staff seem very young, but each one of them are really well trained and professional. They help each customer quickly and efficiently. All the employees just know their way around and work together . The process of finding the correct items for my kiddos was smooth and easy!
First time shopping here and let me start by saying what great customer service this place has! Off the bat we were greeted by smiles, and friendly staff. But let me just say Aaron & Naomi went above and beyond to provide great service to my son and I. Not only did they take their time to answer our questions and demonstrate samples of different items, Aaron was kind enough to change up a blazer first picked out for me, due to my pickiness-and not once was he bothered by it. Good to see great young working employees doing their job right and going above and beyond. For this reason, I will be purchasing my sons uniforms for the next four years here at this place :)
Both times I have come to the store and the time I have ordered online- super disappointing! We use to use Dennis so I have another company to compare with (they shut down). Today I showed up (1 hour round trip) to find out computers were down and they couldn’t do the exchange and only cash purchases. Additionally, Store has very very limited stock. The clothing fit is not great whatsoever and all sizing is off. I feel over all quality really lacks compared to what we got at Dennis. I really hate even having to use this company after the experiences I have had! You have to pay return shipping or bring it to the store - though their sizing is way off! Our exchanges with the other company were free. They made sure to get it right. The kids shirts are unisex and very wide, for a girl in youth large compared to our past uniforms. The skirts are a whole different issue. You cannot buy just the skirt (no skort) in the elementary sizes. People end up having to cut out the shorts for a better fit. I am frustrated and buy the bare minimum now. Why pay for a bad product and poor service?!

Edited: It is now December 5th and 6 months after I ordered and paid for 2 uniform skirts. We still have not received them. I called and asked for a full refund and to cancel the order. I will never buy anything from them that is not an in store purchase! The customer service at the store was great. Everyone was very helpful. My issues are with corporate. We placed an order for my daughter's 2 skirts on June 4th and paid in full. We were originally told 4-6 weeks. We got an email saying our order would ship the week of 9/23. It is now 10/8, 4 months later, and we are being told it looks like the end of November (I truly have my doubts). They HAVE refunded for one of the skirts but that doesn't help the inconvenience of not having we what ordered and obviously need! I would suggest buying in store and not placing an order, especially since they require you to pay in full at the time of your order.

Went in early July to beat the rush, staff is quite rude and impatient, just try to shuffle you around and not knowledgeable. Does not understand their sizes and how the measurement correlate. Ended up having to order online because they had nothing available. They sent wrong shirts for the wrong school, told me they were shipping 4 new shirts, didn’t ship for 8 days. Wouldn’t hold shirts so I could get at least one for the first day of school. Phone CS rep was about as helpful as a box of rocks. Couldn’t even provide a tracking number for shirts she said they shipped, wouldn’t call local store to check availability or to hold one for me. Absolute worst customer service!!! Terrible experience from the start.
