Darrin had amazing service!! He was relatable and funny!! So helpful.
It was my bad luck that they were out of stock of the one size that I needed but it seems that a uniform store should have everything in top-top shape 4 weeks until school starts. Other than the manager, every employee seemed very new and not knowledgeable on any question I asked. Also, the employee who measured my daughter didn’t know what she was doing at all. I also witnessed another employee trying to size a young girl while the mother looked on horrified asking if surely they could find a dressing room. I expected much more from a shop that charges $55 for a khaki skirt.
August 2020 - Ordered online and received very fast!! But I ordered wrong sizes. But our school rep was AWESOME and got me sorted out quickly! Great service, even though they need to limit in-store customers right now.

I came today with my daughter in law and granddaughter to set her up for her first year at Tessa. The system is pretty streamlined, BUT … the person who measured my granddaughter measured way too big, which caused us a LOT more time in a crowded shop. Everyone was super friendly but I think the first time measuring could be handled a little better. I understand that they are afraid to touch the kids, but they should not measure over their clothes. This is not a true measurement. Obviously we will be back over the years … I just hope they can come up for a better system for that.
I don’t see how this place has so many good reviews. First off, they need competition. More stores are needed to sell student clothing, so that we don’t have to rely on this franchise. We ordered our children’s school clothing a month before the start of school, and still haven’t received half of our items 60 days after school began. Everything is always on back order. It’s insane. In addition, the prices are outrageous. I agree that the quality is very good, but not every family can afford $25-$30 per shirt or pants. They need competitors to make them step up and produce better results.
Great staff and very helpful in making sure everything was correct. Cassidy made suggestions on sizes that we needed to try and everything worked great. Casandra made sure that we had the correct items of the uniform that were acceptable for our school since I forgot my list at home. Super friendly and made a seemingly stressful experience go extremely smooth.
All The Men From Young Men’s Leadership Academy that at helped us. They were very cool to get to know. They we’re ready to talk to anyone and anything they were very aware of the school schedule and expectations. They answered every single last one of our 1000 questions about starting this new year. They were subtle on giving advice to help us out on what to do if something happens with our uniforms.
Went in on yesterday around 3:30 to have my daughter fitted for her school uniforms. First time experience so didn’t know what to expect. Went to check in to get my daughter sized and the young lady and a couple of guys working over there were playing around, playing computer games and then fighting over who we’re going to help me. Very Rude and unprofessional! Not a good way to show customer service at all. If it wasn’t for them being the only store local to us I would have probably walked out immediately hence why I am ordering her things online. Now the young lady and two gentleman that were on the side where the register was were very pleasant and helpful.
This isn’t our first rodeo, so we were already prepared for serving ourselves. Sure enough the guy at the jumper/skirts area was clueless. We helped ourselves to different sizes until we found the one for my daughter. At checkout everything went smoothly, or so we thought. We got an email saying our order was ready for pickup, so we headed back to the store. When we got there we went to the checkout desk and the girl who was there didn’t even greet us. She was clearly putting up some clothing. A family walked to the checkout area beside us with the person helping them and another customer walked behind us and also waited. Soon, an employee came towards us but walked to the lady standing behind us who got there after us and helped her first! We were completely ignored! To make matters worse, the person who checked us out the first time ordered the wrong size and now we have to go back. How infuriating!
