Tristan was so helpful, professional and absolutely wonderful. He helped to make sure we had the correct items. We were in and out in under 30 minutes which is a feat with a pre-teen daughter. Would highly recommend having Tristan help you.
First time shopping for my kindergartener and Daniel was so patient and helpful! His assistance with helping find her correct sizing and shoes took away all the stress we had anticipated. You can also tell the employees work as a team which makes the process smooth. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They had a lot more in the store this year but management needs to train the workers more. The boy up front let us walk right past him without signing in and we waited in the check out line before they made us go back to the front to get the papers. The long little boy that helped us find sizes kept talking the whole time and there were a lot of people waiting behind us. Everyone was nice but the whole store got redone so the staff should be more prepared to help the parents that don't know the new system.

Friendly staff, process moves rather smoothly. Weekends are extremely busy, weekdays are much slower. Many choices to choose from, they even make a fitted clothing piece on site.
