Darrin at the fort worth store gave us the best help. Right after listening to us he helped us and we were out on time. Overall, Darren gave us the best experience in the store.
Our school uniforms come from here. So this is where I have to order my daughters clothes but in person the area is a bit sketchy. I believe they would benefit from changing locations and offering more products in person. It's a distance to travel to take things back. Kids grow quickly and it's hard to know what their size is.
2 years straight and they have no inventory. I only needed two items, shoes and a sweater. They had neither. 14-21 days for delivery is unacceptable for school uniforms. Will be recommending a new provider to my daughter's school.

I ordered uniforms in the beginning of July. They arrived the week before school except for a pair of sweats. They said they were on back order and it would be in the fall. I never heard from them. I called mid-December and after some checking with the store (because the phone number on the receipt is for a national call ctr) the customer service rep said they were at the store and that I could go pick them up. No one ever called or emailed me despite the store having both forms of information. (it's on your copy of the receipt.) Nor did they attempt to ship them to my house. Before I could ask the customer service operator to have the store ship the sweats to my home, (it has been 5 months since I paid for them), she said thank you and hung up. The worst customer care and consideration you can experience from a company when you pay so much for a product. I will use the other vender offered for our school uniforms next year. The uniforms are nice, but they only get 2 stars because of the poor customer service.
Find any other possible option, choose purchasing from here no guarantee to receive on time and mostly few item will miss on order even store order. Customer service very poor ....no proper action or replay even after a month. This is my personal experience in 2021
Horrible uniforms. They feel like they are made with sandpaper. We loathe them. If your a school wanting to use this uniform company DONT! We live 2 hrs away from the nearest shop. We called multiple times before going up. We got different conflicting information from different employees, one seemed pretty clueless in general and one told us they had no dressing rooms. Before traveling we told them what school we were with and if they had a lot of uniforms for the school because we needed to know before traveling down. They said all was good to come on. When we got there they did in-fact have dressing rooms however they did not have any uniforms for the school we needed and were out of stock on about 90% of what we needed to purchase. Very unimpressed with them. The only good thing about them was the one employee helping us that day. He was a very nice young man.
Ordered my son’s uniforms on July 22, 2021. Called for an update on August 2, 2021…could only tell me in the warehouse in Philadelphia. Not sure when the items would ship…maybe today maybe in 5 days. No definite answer. The customer service representative was rude and not helpful. Not a good experience for my first time order… Update ~ First day of School & still no uniform (08-11-21). Unbelievable!
