Wish I could give my experience zero stars. This was my first time going to ANY Goodwill Outlet bin store so I was unaware that there are “rules.” They brought out new bins and I picked up a singular piece of clothing and an employee yells at me to put it down and he was generally being incredibly rude so I left immediately. I am disgusted that store managers allow their employees to treat costumers like this, I wish I got his name so I could include it in this message but I hope he gets fired.
HORRIBLE STORE! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! !THIS LOCATION ALLOWS BATTERY ON CUSTOMERS! This locations management allows for unruly customers to assault law-abiding citizens. Along with choosing sides, without proper communication and information.
Great place to shop!! Get many things that are worth your while.
If you have time and don't mind sweating a bunch then this is the place to get the best deals! It can be a bit overwhelming at first but stick to it and you will find some great diamonds in the rough. It's best to take cash as well. I would set a side at least one hour to get a good trip in.
The pound is supposed to be at 1.89 but it comes out more than it has to come out I grabbed 40 pounds at 1.89 it's 75.6 and I got 108 when there is a brunette charging he always charges more
Seriously, I used to enjoy going. The employees are friendly, but they should take action on the issue of resellers. They take everything out of your hands, everything is for them. They push and disrespect you. It's horrible to see them on a corner with their carts bouncing off things that they then end up leaving, taking away the opportunity for someone who might want to buy them!
Idk what happened to goodwill , it used to be my favorite store, prices started going up way too high , went to this one got 2 heavy pans for $ 7 each which is okay , and couple of other things that wouldn’t even be 5 pounds and this black lady put 14 pounds x $ 1.89 , why am i paying $ 26 for this !!!!! Cheating in weight
I was bit here. They used to be good about throwing people out who caused problems, now they let everybody start digging early, people push, shove, and apparently bite. I've had stuff stolen out of my basket. They let families take 3-4 baskets and hoard stuff. And the new bin arrangement is awful. People block you in and won't let you move.
Don’t go, don’t waste your time. It’s very unorganized people there are scrounging fighting over stuff. That’s not worth nothing. This is the worst goodwill in the United States of America by far just my opinion.
First time shopper and we will be back! The manager Ms. Katie keeps the floor running smooth and makes sure everyone is being respectful not just to staff but each other too! I HIGHLY recommend this location for pickers and shoppers alike!
