I buy in bulk from this location. Angel and the crew run this place like a well oiled machine. Tons of stuff going on, but I'm always in and out quickly. Thank you for always being professional and helpful!!! 5 stars!
Have to give Dylon a high rating! He was the only cashier working all day today 12/10/25. He kept a positive attitude and the line moved right along! I don’t think he got a lunch because my family and I were in there for a while! He deserves a raise and definitely a promotion! Thanks Dylon for making our thrifting day so pleasant!!!!
Went the other day my 2nd time there. My stuff weighs 44 pds by their scale I came home and weighed it it was 41 pds. Werid. Then as I parked my basket so I can look at a bin that had just come out and then go back to my cart and things were missing. What is wrong with people?! So rude. The one lady that works there is yelling at people and very rude.
May 2026 - half the building has NO air conditioner. Install some fans. (June 20 2025) over the last weekend, they have changed the RULE as to where you can park your carts. We have noticed that they are adding 1 pound every time/rounding up weight 2 next pound. Charging us more $$ THIER OVER CHARGING EVERYONE. $$$ today my stuff weight less than 6lb but charged for 6lb see picture.
Every passing year this place gets more and more disappointing. They over-pick donations in the back and send out GARBAGE to the floor. It used to be fun and exciting to go and theres barely a point now. Employees are great. Fellow customers are overly competitive and a bit rude about personal space and that's due to the lack of rule enforcement. They have tried to crack down but not enough.
Kiesha the manager was so helpful. She's a real professional and should get a raise. She went above and beyond to be helpful, courteous and help us in every way. Will come again just to experience her excellence customer service.
I visited for the first time yesterday, and overall it was not a great experience. My boyfriend found a butcher knife in one of the bins, which felt very unsafe. Several bins also had a strong urine smell, making it unpleasant to look through items. The space felt pretty disorganized, and there were small children running around, which added to the chaos. I think there’s a lot of potential, but safety and cleanliness definitely need improvement.
I always have a great thrifting day at this outlet. If you’re willing to do some digging, there’s lots of gems to find! The staff are communicative, and professional. Dylon C. helped me at the till, friendly and efficient!
Absolutely a huge no. Being visitors from out of state we were hoping to look around and have a good time. We were dressed a little nicer as we were spending the day out and not only did we get awful looks and stares from the customers the workers were absolutely horrible. The worker up front being a lady with dark hair and glasses was disrespectful beyond imagine. First she almost let us weigh the whole cart when we asked how to weigh the items and would have had us pay for the weight of the cart also. (we did not understand the process of weighing or anything.) Second she then watched as we put each item on the floor scale then I saw another person putting their things in a bag and I asked “can we put our items in bags?” And she looked at us and went “sure” in a descending tone to obviously looking down on us. So we put everything in our cart back and left. Feeling disrespected and humiliated. So if you are visiting fortworth do not. I repeat DO NOT visit the goodwill bins.
Power was on, employees top to bottom claimed the computers weren't working and refused to take cash for the product. Let everyone in with 0 intention of letting people pay. Manager could have chosen to not let people in until they could ring people up but instead did NOT inform people coming in of the issue although it was heavily overstaffed. I suggested to take exact change and ring it in later as I have done in multiple retail situations where I cared about the employers income. The response I got was that it was against policy to do that. If so then well, there is no fixing a company that makes it a policy to refuse to ring people up but lets them in to shop. However I suspect that instead the managers are just completely inept at their job and only hire people who want to cheer lead for him personally, that was the vibe I got. I am aware the register type they have is keyed and cash accounting could happen. The disrespect of the time of the shoppers is almost unparalleled. I had to inform the shoppers of the situation that management was refusing to take payment due to the computer issue. If the employees hadn't lied and lied about the power being off (lights were on) the scales not working (the readout for the scales face the customer) and who was a manager (some other person was brought and when I asked why they don't do something reasonable, the deferred to the actual manager) and that they had already told everyone of the situation (I wasn't told and there was an employee right at the entrance) then I might not bother to write a review. However any manager who chooses not to take money from a willing customer probably deserves to have the area manager hear about it.
