Wide aisles, well laid out. Clean. Staff is friendly and efficient. Has good deals if you know what you're looking for.
Wasn't too fond of their recent remodel. Really it was just everything moved all around in different areas that didnt feel convenient.. change can be good and change can be hard....
Great selection gets 5 stars but but poor management and customer service gets 1 star. I'll still go back but I would like the *management to be reminded that the customers shouldn't be made to feel bad about giving them money.

I just went there to buy some shit I donated
I was very surprised at the high prices I found today. I was looking for a deep dish pie plate. I found one. It was scratched up. The price marked was $12.99! Then, I went to the Target website and ordered four deep dish pie plates for $21 and some change. That price was for all four. I know that your proceeds are for the purpose of providing jobs and education, but you are really getting carried away with your pricing.
I would like to give a shout-out to the new management at this location. I was there this pass Sunday and the manager on duty Pauline C was super informative when I asked for help. I told I was looking for items for a school drive for boys shirts. She told me about the saving that day and upcoming dates. I asked her if they had a military discount and she told me yes it was fantastic and the selection was so awesome. Lots of new items and great condition. When I arrived at the counter I had folded all my clothes with tags hanging out and she honored my request to not ball them up. My husband found some beautiful Round tree shirts and Joseph A Banks all starch and ironed like they just came from cleaners. They are so organized and I truly enjoyed shopping here. Thank you to the other teammates that were also so helpful that day. I will definitely be going back for school shopping for my grandchildren. This time it was for others. I pray for this location and other Goodwills will follow the lead of Ms. Pauline at store #41. Needed more cashier's, not completely following social distancing. One cashier walked outside, with about 6 customers waiting in line. Not a great experience!! Will definitely be going back to the one in Burleson, nice people and a lot quicker check out when busier than this store was.😳😳😳
