Very clean and organized store. The prices are decent for infants clothing. Everything is organized by size and easy to look through. All on hangers. The staff is friendly. Love this store. There are some goodwill stores that are cheaper, like the one on campus. Everything on campus is in big blue bins. They're easy to go through and price is determined by weight on campus. sometimes, the organization is preferred over discount. I like this store though because the prices aren't as high as some goodwill stores with hung up clothing like the one on Mansfield hwy that used to be majestic. The one on Mansfield hwy is organized. Kind of small, but they do have nice clothing.
Management wouldn't price a lamp that was already out on the floor with the others. Said they couldnt process it till maybe tomorrow The goodwill has the worst customer service.
The prices at this Goodwill are ridiculously high, especially for furniture, dressers, and beds. It’s honestly outrageous considering these are donated items. They always say it’s “for the mission,” but there are other Goodwill stores with way more reasonable prices. At this one, you’re left shocked by how expensive everything is. On top of that, they no longer put out designer or name-brand clothing. They’re now sending it all directly to the corporate office to sell online. What a shame! Everything donated should be sold in the store like it used to be. They’re clearly taking advantage of people’s generosity.
Purchased this clock no key & no bob or pendulum. Keeps good time after googling how to repair it. Made the parts and you can see it moving. One thing, if you find something here shopping it's best to get it. Because it may not be there when you return. The Acer Chromebook in the photo I paid half the sticker price, all I had to do is replace the screen and charger. I wanted one since Google was giving out Chromebooks for customer testing but I didn't meet Google's high standard, so now I have one and it works like new. This treasure was found at the Cherry Lane Goodwill.
The store is clean and the items looked clean, but the clothes are disorganized and not sorted. And they had hardly any summer clothes for the kids, only winter/cold weather. BUT, they do have dressing rooms. If I could give 2.5 stars I would.
YALLLLLL DONT BUY ANYTHING I MEAN ANYTHING from this location !!! I purchased a table and it had BED BUGS on it !!!!! Take your business elsewhere!!!

Very clean place and amazing customer service here! I love taking my family here! They didnt have much selection for men jeans, which was what I was shopping for but other than that they had a lot to choose from other items here!
No lightbulbs to test it and the lamp ended up not working Also when people Donate they expect there stuff to be put on floor for purchase not used as display and not allowed to be purchased. Employees taking good stuff and putting it aside for themselves
They have a lot of great deals at low prices
