Really like this store and it's clean and employees very nice. However, I do have a problem with the guy at the drop off. I was there this morning, 9-17-2022 at 10:am to drop off several boxes and bags, I told him the boxes were fragile and he just thew them on top of some bags and I actually heard the breakage. He also did not offer me a receipt. Usually don't have this problem with others who help. Someone needs to have a talk with him.

The following is NOT endorsed by Goodwill Industries nor is it indicative of each individual store policy you may encounter. 5☆ because I've never had an issue with bringing my dog in here ON LEASH. Staff & customers have loved on her every time. The selection is decent, a LOT of clothing! They have a unique island display as soon as you walk in with featured items. Store is always clean & quiet.

Spoke to an employee and they told me no color tag because y'all lost so much money when the stores were closed... the crazy thing is y'all were still receiving free donations.. ppl have been complaining about prices and now no 50,% tag for the week... how unfair to receive free items and charge ridiculous prices on some items... I hope the no color tag isn't permanent...

Clean, found a cute tea set for $4.99 and a couple of nice button ups, so there's definitely some good finds 🙂

"The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff were so friendly. I found a lot of great items and furniture at amazing prices. Huge thanks to Bri and Emilia for answering all my questions—and how awesome to connect with someone who has the same last name! I’ll definitely be back soon!

I’ve been a loyal shopper here for years because I love supporting Goodwill’s mission to help the community. But today, while trying to make a simple return, I was shocked by the rudeness from the manager—a guy with heavy tattoos (face & Arms) who looked and acted completely unprofessional. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, treating me like an inconvenience instead of a customer. This isn’t the welcoming, helpful vibe a non-profit like Goodwill should stand for. We shop here to give back, but experiences like this make it hard to recommend the store to anyone. Goodwill Higher Management or whoever oversees this location—please address this. Customers deserve better, especially when we're supporting your cause. How can someone like this be running the show?
