Very large Good Will in Fort Worth. I think this location is a lettle less cleanier than the Keller location but has dramatically more stock. This location is more likely to have furniture and housewares than the Keller location. We go to this location during growth spurts and we know we need alot of replacements.
Very large, clean, and organized store. Staff were super friendly. Skye was so helpful at checkout!
The employees were helpful and cheery. The aisles were clean and properly labeled. Multiple dressing room stalls are available.
Shoutout to the donation acceptance crew! Came mid-morning on a Wednesday and a whole group of guys were working the donation drop off center. We pulled up with quite a few big furniture items (some things we weren’t even sure they’d take), and they handled everything for us! Tip: For anyone arriving in a moving truck, they aren’t allowed to step onto the truck, but they can help lift from the truck ramp. They were super fast, kind, and it only took about 15-20 minutes to get everything unloaded! Highly recommend.
What happened to this location? I used to go in regularly and never had an issue until management changed. It is completely AWFUL. The manager there, her name is Gina i believe, is highly rude to customers. Not only that, we heard her completely treat her staff like crap in front of customers, very unprofessional and uncomfortable in front of customers.
Probably one of the worst Goodwills I have been to. Don't let the size fool you. Most of the stock was extremely outdated and what wasn't out dated was stained or wore out badly. A few neat kitchen items and maybe some framed decor was ok. Thats about it. They don't sort the clotjing donations well or rotate stock from what it looks like. Also I'd recommend using the restroom before stopping here as the restrooms were absolutely awful. The lady that checked me out was very sweet and probably the only best thing about the entire trip.

Prices have been a bit on the higher end for GoodWills. Seems they’ve all gotten a little out of hand. Staff is amazing and hope the changes happening don’t affect them leaving.
I used to love to go to this goodwill to find deals but I have stopped going. In the last several months it has changed. The prices have become a really bad joke. I found a small, obviously used, yellowjacket archery traget priced at 16.99. You can buy them brand new at Academy for 17.99. A big lots oversized christmas light still had the big lots priced sticker on it that said 5.99 goodwill had it priced 5.49 and the light did not work. I will be going to other thrift stores to shop and taking my donations to other thrift stores that are local. We can all see your canned response is that revenue goes towards people with disabilities, under resourced, veterans and people formally incarcirated. Thats fine, but instead of using a preformatted response maybe you should listen to your customers, because you are losing them.
Took my son and daughter there and my son was able to find a cheap carry-on bag he needed. My daughter bought a couple of decorative items. It's a big store
