I am writing to share some positive feedback regarding Gina, the new manager. Since taking on this role, she has demonstrated excellence in overseeing both the store's daily operations and the development of her team.
DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE RACIST Old lady at the front register was VERY rude, she told me it’s messed up that I didn’t let a white man cut infront of me which he didn’t even looked bothered about waiting, she kept making comments so I asked her nicely if their was a problem. Which she replied “it’s just messed up, I didn’t think you had this many things” and than apologized to the white man behind me so I proceeded to ask him and the other person who was also a men if they had an issue with me being infront of them which both shook their head no. & proceeded to make comments so I told her I was embarrassed for her because I waited in line and the reason I’m a Hispanic person who grabbed more than the guys behind me doesn’t mean I wasn’t purchasing what I was. I was so mad and grabbed my child and left I refuse to give my money to a racist cashier who thinks because I’m Mexican I have to go to th back of the line. I am very ashamed that these are places where things are donated and I get treated this way! My son was so disappointed we couldn’t purchase anything including his toys! Very disappointed!!!!
Very clean and good selection of furniture and home good items. Staff is helpful with loading large items.
This location has gone downhill since new manager came. Shelves have literally very little on them. They used to be packed with items and carts were brought out each morning. Get a new manager or educate the current one.
The majority of the employees are wonderful, Skye, Kim, Sandra…don’t know everyone’s name. What I am not happy about…is that often you find merchandise that is almost the same price if you purchased it new. That doesn’t make sense since EVERYTHING…is donated to the Goodwill. The prices have risen tremendously since about three years ago. I will say when my home was destroyed by fire…we were able to buy second hand furniture and household items destroyed for a fair price back then. Rules change…if something is more damaged than usual…they won’t reduce the item…really!!! That….i don’t care for. Once again it was given to you and you are still making a profit. They also no longer allow you to hold a large item at the front while you shop…what is the reason for that? Even if you pay for it…they told me they were told they can’t hold it for a customer, Some things don’t always change for the better…but the people I mentioned are always kind. The young lady with glasses who loaded my large picture….was very kind. The glass was falling out of the frame…and this manger would not reduce it…so I asked them to tape it the best they could so it would not fall out and break. He said they were no longer able to mark anything down… Why? Almost forgot… I believe there is another kind and helpful lady named Ilene… It is nice to talk to friendly people…snd the ones I mentioned certainly are. Best wishes…I’ll be back just wished things were as they once were.
I usually enjoy shopping at this Goodwill, but the experience is often ruined by a group of people who crowd the doors where fresh racks come out. One gentleman in particular is extremely aggressive—he starts sorting through and grabbing clothes before the rack is even on the floor. It's chaotic, rude, and makes the environment overall uncomfortable. Staff don’t seem to intervene, which is disappointing. I hope management addresses this so all customers can shop respectfully.

Good inventory usually and fine customer service but the prices are high for thrift. Don’t buy nearly as much as I would because of it.
I do off items regularly and have no issue. This time, the guy was just flat. I don't expect you to be hyper, but be cordial at least. Whether you're doing community service or you work there, it doesn't hurt to greet a person 🙄.
