Went down to grand slam to purchase gas sent my 12 year old son to pay for it like always mind you I come purchase gas everyday at this store nothing else but gas from this store. Instead of telling my son purchase went thru for gas he let my son keep tapping on screen. Long story short cashier gives my son receipt for gas which is 20.00. @4:07pm my card was used at this store for 105.77 went back down there tell the cashier what happen Casier tells me that I paid at the pump and it's a pending charge tell cashier never paid at pump. The rudest guy ever next day the charge settled on my credit card it took the 105.77 I called owner to tell him he tells me that he was going to look at camera to see what happen. Owner tells me it's nothing he can do about it. Then proceed to tell me we can split tab down the middle I told owner why is that I didn't purchase 105 77 worth of items down here how is that fair. Then he then says I can give you 80 dollars gas gift card. People be aware of this store. If you can use cash not your card down here poor customer service. If you can take business else where.owner says he cares for customer he doesn't cause if that was the case he would of gave me 105. 77 back.

Love stopping in here. Great people and they've got a lot of integrity. They really care about their customers too, which is unusual for a gas station. I highly recommend for your next stop!

I go here frequently because I live 2 blocks away. The selection of items is great, and I always receive excellent customer service. None of that really matters though; here's what does... around 5:30pm, I stopped to get a drink and snacks. My rear passenger tire was completely flat (still had a screw stuck in it). I asked if they had an air compressor. The gentleman behind the counter told me where it was and that it cost $1.25. I had zero cash on me. I looked up and said, "I bet I can't use my card on it though, huh?" Without hesitation, he handed me 5 quarters. What that man didn't know was that I was on my way to see my daughter. Today is Wednesday. Mother's Day is this Sunday. Without his act of kindness, my daughter and I both would've been completely devastated because we wouldn't have gotten to see each other at all until next Wednesday. Thank you, sir. It's people like you who help me keep my faith in humanity. A business that employs people like you will ALWAYS be on top of my favorites list!

This is my neighborhood gas station I am there everyday and everyone is so nice. Mario and Jordan are model employees and are very personable. Keep up the good work guys!
