Mike O'Connell & company was great! Mike proved to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful to show my husband Mike and I energy efficient improvements. I appreciate how thorough he was in ensuring the men completed great quality of work as well as cleaning up after themselves. The 2 gentlemen who did the work were wonderful as well! Kaleb and Brandon from Hayes did a great job removing old insulation and blowing new insulation in my attic. They were friendly and helpful. I can already notice a huge difference in the efficiency of our heating system this winter. The price was also very reasonable.

My husband and I purchased a new build late 2019 and due to some unforeseeable circumstance our lovely fireplace only worked for about 2 months before it stopped working. I was directed to contact The Hayes Company for my warranty claim and was pleasantly surprise how wonderful this crew is. They turned a frustrating situation around and tirelessly worked on my fireplace until it finally worked. Our technician Jared is extremely knowledgeable with superb customer service and professionalism. The poor man even got shocked trying to replace a part for the fireplace and all he did was smile after the incident. Tucker the scheduling manager was very kind and thoughtful in coordinating the schedule for his crew to visit my home. Additionally, he was very responsive in updating me of any issue that may arise. These individuals are excellent ambassadors for the company. I look forward to working with them in the future and send my recommendation to those in my circle. Truly am grateful for all the hours that was put into fixing my fireplace.

After a tree fell through our roof and compromised the insulation in our attic, we had CJ and Konrad from Hayes out to remove it. I was so impressed with how thorough a job they did! We will have multiple tradespeople in that space very soon, and the insulation has been removed and debris cleaned so that those folks can do the work necessary to rebuild our home. CJ and Konrad really went beyond expectations and were polite and punctual as well! Very happy with the work.

Hayes was fabulous to work with. They guys that came to the house were very courteous and helpful. They came out to do some maintenance and showed me how to efficiently run our fireplace. As part of that they ended up installing a blower on the spot which completely made my day! Give them a call - you won't be disappointed!
