Hayes Company

I called The Hayes Company because our gas fireplace was not working. Miri came out to the house. Disassembled the fireplace, cleaned it, cleaned the sensors, cleaned the pilot, and put it all back together. In and out in about 45-minutes. And best of all, we now have a fireplace that works perfectly. Miri was knowledgable and professional. Thank you.

A shout out to Hayes insulation (no relation ;-). Had a number of companies bid for re-insulating our attic on our 20 yo home. Dan Shandy came over, inspected and provided an extremely competitive bid. The crew of Brian and Anthony showed up on time and took care to fully insulate the attic. Brian said they added additional insulation to make sure they exceeded code. All in all, very professional and cost effective process!

Superior service and excellent customer service and workers! Brian, Ben, Zo, and others I can’t remember names, are great people, hard working, and all so nice! Dan found things that we didn’t even know about and fixed them! This insulation job was very much needed, and executed perfectly! I highly recommend them!

Insulated our attic. Arrived on time, fully explained what they planned to do, what was expected of us; finished and cleaned up then told us what they done in support of the base work. Everything completed in about 3 hours. Highly recommend Hayes. Thank you.

Miri went above and beyond. Came out to fix our gas fireplace only to find out what we had originally been told was incorrect. Instead of simply leaving, he wanted to check and make sure everything was in working order, which meant removing nesting material from the flue! He also cleaned everything up in the fireplace. Would highly recommend this company for future projects.

We had an excellent experience with the work Hayes did on our gas fireplace. The service expert who performed the repairs, Miri, readily diagnosed the problem (which a previous company had failed to resolve and may, in fact, have exacerbated), replaced the faulty valve, and completed all other needed repairs and related testing at a surprisingly reasonable cost. Miri thoroughly explained what he had done and answered all my questions. He was friendly, efficient and professional. I highly recommend this company.

We got three bids and Dan did the most thorough job of all three. All we thought we needed was more insulation after living in this house for 38 years. Dan pointed out other concerns we didn't think about such as extending vent fan pipes to the roof. Also adding radiant barrier where necessary. Brian and Ben did an excellent job of the installation. They covered clothing in closet with plastic and cleaned up afterwards. Air conditioner runs alot less now.

Our gas fireplace was here when we moved in and it was ok but at the end of last season, it would not come on. I called Hayes and the lady that took my initial call was great and got me scheduled on the first call. Julio came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He also cleaned it up, painted the floor pan and replaced the "logs" and embers. It works great now and looks like brand new.
