Clean and amazing selections this place is huge. Cost are a little more.
The store is on the smaller side but it always has everything I need and the staff is wonderful. I especially love the butcher who always goes out of his way to give me great items and wonderful advice. I also always order my Turkey from here for the holidays and have never been disappointed.
CONSTANTLY overcharges customers by not updating shelf prices when they raise the price in the computer. Not just the occasional one-off mistake, but a pattern that continues even after they’re notified about discrepancies. Would be a great store if they’d quit ripping off their customers.
This is such a nice little store. Pretty good selection, lovely produce, and they have Tippins pies! I rarely shop here, however, as I'm a mom on a tight budget and the prices are significantly higher than the stores in which I usually do my big shopping. My only issue is the overall attitude of the people who work and shop here. I've never felt welcome, maybe it's because I'm not a regular customer, but on the rare occasions that I do stop in for something I'm quickly reminded of why I don't come more often.
Neither good nor bad - just okay. You will absolutely find all your essentials here, the staff at checkout and on the floor are very helpful, knowledgeable, and overall nice to interact with (5+ stars for staff!). However, the management could do a much better job at (1.) keeping things stocked and not blaming it on others (set expectations with your suppliers and hold them accountable); (2.) when you offer to work with a supplier and bring in one of their high selling items so customers can purchase them - follow through or explain to your customer (-1 star for management). Again, I like the store location, size, and staff very much - unfortunately the management’s hollow promises and inability to deliver truly disappoints. If there was another viable option, I’d try them.
Nancy was kind enough to scope out the apples for me to find out which Apple I was trying to purchase. She was quite helpful and a delightful conversationalist.
Always polite, nice and attentive. Place is kept up nice and clean. Food is easy to find and locate when in the store. Has a small town feel which is nice.
They implemented self checkout. It's annoying to me. Local markets should employ locals.
Clean store and they hire people with disabilities and that is very inclusive for their hiring practices.
I have shopped at this Hen House for many years. I love the pharmacy and will stay there. However in the past year the staff has been less then friendly and helpful. I love the stores ease, but I refuse to shop where the staff could care less if you are there and treat you like dirt. I will stay at the pharmacy because they know how to treat customers. The grocety store part I will not give my business.
