Quick lunch after visiting Chihuly Gardens. We were intrigued by the Seattle hotdog and burger. I’m not a fan of a lot of cream cheese; but the bartender said they make their own with goat cheese and Fontana. She recommended the burger but my wife and I decided to split/try both. Note they both come either fries and we upcharged for the salad. Note bartender was right. Burger is better. Hotdog skin very tough to bite thru. Beer was good. Would go again.

Walking the pier with my brother and our dad and we found this spot. Best hazy, west coast ipa, and Pilsner we’ve had in a minute. Pleasant surprise!

Was in town for a few nights and came to Here Today as I’d heard and read great things about their beer program. Was a great experience and 10/10 recommend a stop here if you’re in Seattle and you like to drink beer. Had a hazy and a Mexican lager. Both excellent. Creative energy is evident in the beers they’re offering and the staff was on point. Unexpectedly got to play bingo on a Tuesday night and didn’t get kicked out when I called bingo even tho I didn’t actually have what I needed to win the round. Don’t miss this spot if you have a chance to visit. You will be glad you made the trip.

Great place to visit. We came on vacation and walked up to the brewery from the cruise tour. About a twenty minute walk. Beer is good. The have happy hour Monday evening 4-10pm which was a great surprise! $5 beer of the evening and $8 burger and fries. Both were really good! Especially fond of the burger and fries. Just ask for little salt. The cashier is also the server but he was so kind and efficient. Great job! I wish we lived local because we would definitely be back. Check it out. You’ll like it!

Great hidden gem brewery tucked behind the train tracks across from the water front. Every beer I've tried is excellent, the food is great, and the staff are always very friendly. Highly recommend dropping by if you can!

I really enjoy the beer, but the small pint glasses serve a maximum of 15 ounces if they are not filled to the rim. With a lower pour (which we got) it's probably around 14 ounces. We were curious so we poured water from a 12 ounce glass into the 16 ounce beer glass and the water filled the beer glass higher than expected. I am sure the pint glasses do hold 16 ounces, I am not suggesting the brewery isn't an honest establishment, but when you go to Stoup, Perihelion, Georgetown or Formula Brewing (the breweries we usually go to) you get a pint glass with the measurement line on there. And these breweries are usually always generous and pour even over the line, you get a full 16 ounces.

If you’re willing to walk, explore and find breweries in Seattle then this is worth a visit. Not easy to find but then again that’s good as it’s off the beaten track and not touristy. Imperial stout is strong and warming - but small measures as it’s 12.9%! My new favourite summer beer is Acid wave - kiwi, lime and jasmine tea , yep and you can taste all of these . They’ve not put ingredients that you can’t taste or smell like some breweries do! ! They’ve made a sour beer that you can drink and enjoy as opposed to drink and be in pain. They also do food, so after a walk looking for the place, there is sustenance to be had! . Friendly as well.

A local gem! Right across the street from the sculpture park with tons of outside seating. The beers are phenomenal and the food is always super fresh. Best smash burger in Seattle!
