You literally must get the Totchos. The flavors are insane, literally a yummy explosion in my mouth. The beans, the cheese, the pickled jalapeños, the crunch of the tots, the grease from the chorizo…. AMAZINGGG only complaint is the music isn’t that good, but that seems to be a pattern in Seattle…
Great niche spot at the end of the waterfront front in Seattle. Amazing patio, comfortable bar seats, laid back and good vibes... and obviously the beer is amazing! Friendly staff, and the food is on point 💯 Plus, they will put on the sports ball game if you are a sports nerd like me 🤓
Warning! Not a welcoming place for neurodivergent people. Great food and beer, but it doesn’t matter when the waitstaff discriminate against the disabled. Party of three adults and two kids, my youngest has autism. We all ordered food there but my son would only eat pizza which we had to get from the place around the corner. Figured it was ok because it’s a brewery, there’s no signs, and another family with kids and dogs had food for their children from outside. Waitress came over and told us it wasn’t allowed half way into our meal. We tried to explain that it was for our autistic six year old and she cut us off and talked over us. We moved to the outside patio but that wasn’t good enough. My wife and son sat on the steps beyond the restaurant and she still harassed them. We stayed long enough for the rest of our party to quickly eat and then left. Given that it was ok for the other family, it seemed to be a huge issue that my son had autism. Fun bonus, he now thinks that he’s supposed to sit on the steps outside a restaurant because he’s linear and can’t differentiate when someone is blatantly being a bigot. Absolutely disgusted that a place can masquerade as welcoming but be so aggressively discriminatory against a disabled child. Save yourself the grief and go to Old Stove or Rueben’s down the street instead. Update: Owners post below says it all. Apparently he didn’t even read my review before jumping to defend the aggressive actions of his waitstaff. We were already on the patio when the server harassed us. Moved off the property and she kept shouting at my wife and son. A simple apology or conversation about a misunderstanding could have solved it, but clearly this is an establishment that wants to double down on bigotry. Makes sense though, I suppose children with autism just aren’t the “Certain types of people” that they allow here.
Such a great find! This brewery is tucked right next to the Olympic Sculpture Park, so it’s easy to walk past, but absolutely worth stopping in. The beers are excellent especially the Hazy IPA, which was super refreshing. Some options come in cans, though I was hoping for more on tap. The food selection was delicious, and I’m excited to try more next time. I’m especially looking forward to coming on a Wednesday for Vinyl Night, where you can play your own record for just a dollar. Definitely one of the best breweries to check out!
Phenomenal place run by the best in the business! Beer is exceptional (and the cocktails - which are non-alcoholic but can be mixed - are brilliant), food is delicious (fries are 10/10), location is superb, and the community is unmatched. Could not recommend more highly!
With less than 2 years @heretodayseattle is brewing better beers than most of their peers three times their age. This smoked grodziskie is perfect and rare. With only enough time for one brewery in Seattle I’m glad I came here. @beersoflegend
Great beer and the best chips amd queso I've ever had.
BUYER BEWARE! SUSPECTED VOLUME FRAUD…there is definitely some funny business going on with their glassware. The glass with the wider top is supposedly 8oz and the other is 12oz, visually they look rather close. I decided to see how they compared so I filled the 8oz glass with water and poured it in the 12oz glass. Came rather close to the top. The left over space should be another 4oz or 33% more. Not a chance. I’m not saying the owners are doing this on purpose, but there something off and people coming here need to be aware. I did mention it to the beertender who said she would address it with management. Beers I had were good.
Took a chance when seeing an advertisement about this local brewery and it was perfect. 2 beers, one their flag ship Glitter Pop IPA, zesty chicken sandwich and an arugula salad. All were well enjoyed. Will be back to get beer to go for sure when our cruise is over!
We ate here after walking the trail to Elliott Bay park and back. I had the Total Care Bowl and my daughter had the Seattle Dog. Both were so good and the Lazer beer was good, too! Service was friendly and the food was so fresh!
