I had a great experience getting my suit for my wedding; they explain the process so well and make great suggestions!

Husband ordered custom made suit for my daughter's wedding. Turn around time was as promised but suit arrived looking huge and as if bought off a Goodwill rack. They agreed it was not fit correctly and alterations were made. I was not there after alterations, but husband came home saying they thought it looked great when he tried it on in the store after being altered. We leave for the wedding in a day and he finally put it on for me. Back is all puckered. Cannot believe they sent him home, saying it looked great. This is a disaster!

I was nervous going in, but Oscar made my experience very enjoyable. He made me feel very comfortable and by the end I was excited to get my new suit.

This place is awful. They wouldn't even let me look and try on a coat without giving sensitive, personal information. If you google their company, you find they're well known for selling customer information to 3rd parties. If you already get enough spam, stay away from Indochino.

Suits are great but the 5 stars is for the service from Chikeeh. My husband and I got our wedding suits here - Chikeeh went above and beyond when we messed up our appointments, and came in early the next day to make sure we had a special experience. Her advice was superb in the fitting and choosing process and we were really happy with the results when the suits arrived. Overall would recommend highly.

Note: this is about my experience with the company and the product. The staff at this location is excellent. As a petite cis woman, I’m writing the note I wish I saw before coming here: this company is a menswear company trying to capture the female market. They do not know how to tailor for a petite woman, nor can they tailor for curves in a way where you will receive a fit that is modern, sleek, and sexy. After 3 fit seasons, what I ended up with is what I can only describe as a tiny men’s suit. The fit in the hips and seat are still all off. The jacket is masculine and boxy. For the time and the expense of my “custom suit,” I could have walked into Aritzia, grabbed something off the rack in my size, and walked out with something that would have looked more tailored to my body than what I just spent a month with Indochino trying to receive. They will tell you, “it takes a few suits to get the fit correct.” The first suit I received was as if I never had my measurements taken at all despite having a one hour fit session. So you want me to what, Indochino? Spend $1,500 going through this process with suit after suit until a company purporting to be a “custom suit brand” can make a custom suit? Ladies - avoid, avoid, avoid. The only reason I finally gave up is because the suit was half off and my time losses were beginning to exceed the actual value of the suit. Had I spent $700 - $1000 for one of their higher-end suits, though - I would be furious. I could have found something better than this product at Express.

Indochino Denver in Cherry Creek is a great store, an incredibly knowledgeable and honest staff-shout out to Oscar and Eli, and phenomenal pricing. I received a new job offer and I needed some suits/shirts as the last ones that were made for me were over 10 years old. What started out as 2 suits and some shirts turned into a complete dress-for-success refresh. Oscar did a great job helping me with the many selections. Once the suits arrived, he said to come into and have them check the fit. This was smart as the jackets needed some alterations and the 5 shirts needed remaking. This was all done efficiently and quickly. This was why making an appointment after all the clothing arrived to look them over is so important. Once my size was adjusted into their system, all subsequent orders fit perfectly. I bought a few more suits and shirts and I loved the fit so much, I had my wife get 2 suits. They have a great understanding of styles and selections for suits. I highly recommend getting your suits made-to-measure here at Indochino in Cherry Creek.

Amazing experience! I hosted a corporate event at this Indochino location, and they made the whole evening easy breezy. Chikeeh was so helpful, went above and beyond, and made sure every guest had a top-tier fitting experience. All of our guests had a great time, and my stress levels were lowered thanks to her help.

This was my first suiting experience, and the last step of my gender journey. Tanner was incredible and provided much-needed guidance, patience, and fun with something that could have been a dysphoric or scary experience. I was able to get a custom suit that fit my unusual (for off the rack) proportioned body, that made me feel amazing! I'm very excited to get the final tailored pieces, and the custom shirts I just ordered because the experience was so positive. Photos: The gray suit is the original measuring appointment. The purple suit is the adjustments (the original couldn't be made with sleeves short enough for me, but the tailoring should fix that up!)

Great experience! Went here to find a suit for my boyfriend and Cheyenne was so helpful and knowledgeable. She advised us on what customizations would be useful for the purpose of the suit and made the whole experience a pleasant one! Addition from my boyfriend: “10/10 did not poke me once!”
