Rough and fairly rude experience. Drove 90 mins to learn they don’t actually let you even try on suits in person. Fairly inflexible given their price point. Give ‘em a call before traveling or just don’t go to the Denver spot.
Went in to get a suit for work and the service was spectacular. Nick offered an array of materials to choose from and asked questions on how I wanted to have the suit made. He listened to my needs and offered suggestions to help me achieve the look I wanted. Professional, courteous, and a great attention to detail. Recommended others for services they were unable to provide - honest with managing expectations. Will return.
I decided to pull the trigger on getting a custom made suit, so I made my appointment online (super easy) and when I arrived at the showroom I was immediately greeted and directed to Cheyenne. She was bright, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable! She walked me through every detail and explained when I had questions. She made the whole process easy and so fun! Honestly, that woman deserves a raise because she is totally crushing it!! Thank you Cheyenne!
Disappointed After four weeks of waiting for my suit, I visited the Cherry Creek North store for an update. The team had no answers—only the ability to email a workshop abroad, with a four-day response time because there is no phone contact. That alone says everything about the operation. They then blamed the delay on a basic modification (closing pant pockets), claiming it could take up to 90 days. This was never disclosed at purchase. In fact, I received a confirmation stating delivery in 2–3 weeks. This is not a bespoke experience at all! Instead: poor coordination, no transparency, and very limited customer service.
Oscar Martínez at the Cherry Creek location in Denver was great to work with. Knowledgeable, consultative, and I never felt pressured. Looking forward to my custom suit!

I went in June to get fitted to order a nice green suit for my elopement ceremony in early October. Henry helped me out and was extremely nice and knowledgeable, walking me through each selection in the process. The end product was absolutely perfect - from the fit to the materials and craftsmanship. I received more compliments on this suit than any other clothing I've worn before, with multiple guys telling me they are going to have to get a suit like mine. Would 1,000% use Indochino again.

What an impressive experience! I was so nervous walking into Indochino for my first appointment as a female wanting a suit for my wedding that fit me well. I stumbled upon them at a gay wedding expo and breathed a sigh of relief when they told me they could help me, and even more so when they told me about their pricing! I didn’t think it was possible to get exactly what I wanted in a way that fit my body appropriately at an affordable price- apparently dreams do come true! From my first meeting with Mason, I felt trust in the process and at ease with how it would all turn out. What I didn’t expect was such a beautiful suit that looked SO good in our pictures. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Mason was amazing to work with and was easy to talk to about slight adjustments or concerns that I had and was quick to offer suggestions and solutions. My best man was treated just as well as he completed his side of it all halfway across the country and everything worked so smoothly. I can’t stop recommending Indochino to anyone I know that wears suits and am looking forward to other custom pieces from them in the future. Thank you for making me feel as good as I looked on my special day and for making what could have been an uncomfortable situation anywhere else feel like the most natural thing I could have done.
