I was fitted at the Cherry Creek Indochino for a custom suit for a wedding and I'm beyond pleased with the outcome. Eli guided me through the process, and though the store was completely slammed he was thorough, patient (though efficient), and responded to each of my questions and requests - even those that took up his valuable time (and he did so without hesitation or displeasure). I received the suit last week and wish I had done this years ago. There's no better feel than a tailored suit - all for under $500 I'll add. Thanks Eli...I'll be back next time I have a reason for a new suit (or for no reason at all!)
Great experience! Tanner took care of me from the moment I step into the store. It was a breeze getting fitted before my wedding. Thanks for everything and making me sure I look good for my wedding.
I went to the Cherry Creek location and worked with Reed. Reed is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and gets you in and out quickly, guiding you along the way. I would definitely recommend going to Indochino and seeing Reed.
I've ordered suits here once before and would already rate my experience as 5 stars, but my fitting for my wedding suit was somehow even better. Oscar was great to work with and made things quick and easy. Highly recommend Indochino and you should definitely ask for Oscar when you're there.
Edit: From the start, our experience did not reflect the level of service or customization we expected. The sales associate repeatedly called my husband by the wrong name, which set the tone for the lack of attention to detail throughout the process. When his pants arrived, they were so oversized that he could fit both arms inside the waistband. This was not a minor adjustment—it was at least five inches too big in the waist. That’s far beyond what should be expected from a made-to-measure process. Additionally, one of the other groomsmen was assured that Indochino could accommodate him given his larger size. After going through the process and waiting the two weeks (which isnt true custom tailoring), he was told that Indochino actually couldn’t make his clothes. This wasn’t just a false promise—it was an unfair and humiliating experience for him. When I worked in a men’s clothing store, we made sure to fit every person who came in and never made commitments we couldn’t keep. What Indochino did to him was unacceptable and came across as body shaming. I also have firsthand experience with true custom tailoring. A real custom process takes months, and when the clothing arrives, it fits like a glove or requires only minor refinements. That was far from the case here. When we tried to review how my husband’s waist was measured—especially since he is typically a size 32—we were told that we could no longer access his measurements. That lack of transparency only reinforced our decision to go elsewhere. Given the significant fit issues and our lack of confidence in Indochino’s ability to correct them, we took the pants to a trusted tailor instead. We will not be returning for further adjustments. If you’re looking for a truly custom experience with attentive service, I highly recommend supporting a small business that understands the real meaning of custom tailoring.
I had my suit made with the store before. I was super satisfied and the suit fits me perfectly! I came back for another suit and the staff assisted me in a professional way.
Exceptional service from fitting, to fabric, to final selection. The entire team was extremely professional and polite. I have never purchased a custom suit before so I was a bit overwhelmed with the number of options and selections that had to be made. Henry did an incredible job taking my measurements to ensure the suit is fitted perfectly to my preferred specifications. Reed did a wonderful job leading me through the entire process. He is extremely knowledgable about fabrics and finishes. I feel more confident with my choices because of his insight and suggestions.
Two stars, solely because my tailor was incredibly knowledgeable. Despite being paired with a skilled tailor, that’s where my positive experience with Indochino ends. I ordered a suit for my wedding, expecting a personalized and special experience, but it was far from that. From start to finish, I felt like just another rushed appointment. At no point was this process treated like it mattered—certainly not like an important day. Even their customer notifications were dull and impersonal. I ordered my suit well in advance, within their recommended timeline. Yet, I received a few notifications that my suit would be "discarded" if I didn’t pick it up by a certain date. I had already told my tailor that I planned to pick it up the week before my wedding to avoid any last-minute mishaps—I’m admittedly a bit clumsy. He explained the "discard" policy, and we moved on. But those emails still made it feel like my suit was nothing more than a lost-and-found item on the verge of being thrown away. In hindsight, I should have realized that a large company like Indochino might drain the joy out of such a personal experience. My advice to others: if you want to truly enjoy the suit-buying process, go to a local shop where you’ll be treated like more than just another transaction.
I recently had the pleasure of working with this team to design a custom suit, and it was a fantastic experience. They are incredibly knowledgeable and truly dedicated to helping you create the perfect suit. From the initial consultation to the final fitting, they worked closely with me, ensuring every detail was exactly as I envisioned. Their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction are evident throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to design a high-quality suit.
My fiance had a wonderful experience shopping at Indochino. It was our first time and he wanted to get a custom suit for our wedding. Tanner was helping us out and was so patient with us for our entire appointment. When he received his suit the measurements were perfect and he didn’t even need to make an extra alterations. Thanks again Tanner!
