Sarah V. from Insight Global has been nothing but awesome! She reached out to me for a position that was similar to what I was doing and made the process of applying for the new position a breeze. She was straightforward, informative, and even 3 months into this new position she responds to any inquiries I have right away. I've previously worked with some big recruiting companies who just want to place you wherever and never talk to you again. At Insight Global, a whole team (in my case, Sarah and Danielle R.) works to make sure that they're not just making their client happy, but they're also making you happy.

I moved back to America after working abroad for 2 years, and while my resume included valuable and relevant experience, my lack of contacts in America made the job search extremely difficult. A friend had mentioned potentially engaging in a recruiter, and after getting past my initial hesitation, I was connected with Jennifer Polin at Insight Global. Jennifer and I got along right off the bat and she ensured me she'd do everything in her power to find me a great job. She absolutely lived up to her word and I now work for an amazing company and couldn't be more appreciative for Jennifer's work-ethic, passion, and support that she brought to the table throughout every conversation.

It was my first experience to work in Philadelphia and I was scared and nervous about the process and job but Hayley Merrill and Alexis Winterborne found a great job in a very reputed company and made every step so easy for me to get there. They supported me through each and every step from documentation, processing and interview to first day at job and still helping me through any queries and problems. They are always there for me. It is such a pleasure to be part of their family and work along with them. I would highly recommend insight global and the team if anyone is looking for perfect match job. They are the best people I have ever met.

There isn't much, really. The placement for my current role which is sort of a dream employer is the best they've done. Working at this client is amazing. The support from the IG team are mostly great, and you can tell Emma really cares about the well-being of the contractors she support. But why it's not a ten? One important request went unanswered for over 48 hours. I'd allow 24-48 hours response, even if the response is that it is still under review or that an answer is a little hard to track down. Anything to acknowledge the issue. And coming from a world where benefits were covered by the employer, this i-have-to-pay-for-my-own-health-insurance thing has turned me into a HENRY. I can't even afford to get to work every day at this rate, much less bring my pets to the vet. This complaint could have come during the previous survey but I wasn't feeling the financial hit just yet. Now, even though I have no discretionary budget, I still see my savings dwindling. I'd still recommend IG to anyone in need of work. But I'd be sure to tell them, in case they're used to covered benefits, that none are covered ilegen if they are offered. I would also want the distinction to be a little bit more transparent with contractors and candidates.
