Insight global are the best. They treat you in such a professional way. At the same time they make you feel welcomed. My appreciation to Hayley goes beyond measure and to this day I consider her as my friend. Thanks Hayley and insight global for changing my life for the better.

Insight Global, at their Philadelphia location, helped me find my first position out of college. I was able to get a direct hire position through them within a month. They, Sarah Vitale and Mary Robins, understood my skills and experiences, and found a position that suited me. They stay in contact with me throughout the entire process and introduced me to those that I was going to interview with. They also coached me on what skills to brush up on and what to emphasize on. The entire process was smooth and stress free.

I can't recommend anyone work with the recruiter Melissa "Missy" Neal. She provided me with false information regarding the salary the company I was hired to work with. When the company requested that Insight global provide them with proof of where she got the information I reached out to her and she told me that she had no information or paperwork to provide proof and gave me an attitude. She was beyond unprofessional in her text messages when I confronted her and never should have given me false promises "Well, that's what they told us" and "Hi Chelsea, I don't know how to help you here. I don't have the email with the rates." are two of the exchanges, completely disregarding my request. If you're a recruiter than you should have evidence to back up your messages. I requested her manager information and she first refused to provide it to me. Also unprofessional, her manager is Melissa Arnold, who works at this location, I spoke with her and she also told me they had no proof to show my company the false information they provided to me. So they just pulled information out of thin air during a pandemic when everyone is struggling. I filed a complaint with their HR and the HR rep said she's bump it up to employee relations. She said someone would reach out to me and it's been three weeks. I would never recommend this company to anyone. A BC complaint was filed as well since no one bothered to get back to me.

I was in the middle of frantically looking for job when Trevor reached out to me regarding a position. Trevor and his manager, Ari helped me tremendously. They interviewed me with less than a week, and gave me updates every other day regarding the prospective job, and turn out I was qualified and hired. If I can give them more stars I would. Thank you so much Trevor and Ari, I wish you both well on your endeavors.

I had the opportunity to work with Colleen Shervin and Hope Czyzewski over the last three months and it was a wonderful experience from my phone/email contact with them through the start day of my assignment. I've worked with several recruiting firms in the Philadelphia area and none come close to Insight Global. I was very impressed with the screening process and the steps that Colleen and Hope took to ensure that I was well prepared for my phone screens and subsequent onsite interviews with the client. This particular assignment required a very complex skill set so I was very appreciative of all the guidance and prep work that they provided to me. Once selected for the project, the Insight Global team worked quickly to get my onboarding paperwork done so that I was able to start the assignment very quickly. I had no issues with payroll or other things that sometimes don't go so smoothly with other firms. Once onsite at my location, Colleen and Hope kept in touch just to ensure things were going smoothly. I would recommend Insight Global with no hesitation!

I received a phone call from Ms. Victoria Taylor about a week ago and it was one of the best calls I've ever received. I never went through a recruiting agency before (and they called me because they saw my resume posted online) so I was weary at first but when I got talking with Tori on the phone I knew that this company was legitimate and was actually looking forward to helping me out! I was able to go in and talk with Tori one day about the company and how to prepare for the interview, and the next day I was interviewing at a company (alongside Mike (recruiter manager I believe) who met with me before and after the interview as well) and within that same day I was hired! I would recommend this company, 10/10, to anyone looking for a job.

After 7 long months of job searching with several recruiting companies, I received a call from Karolyne after she came across my resume on Career Builder. She thought I would be a great candidate for a particular opportunity and I met her the next day to discuss in person. She was extremely professional yet personable- our conversations never sounded scripted. I was invited the following week for an interview and she was able to accommodate my schedule, and even offered her cell number in case I had questions or wanted extra prep time with her. I was also put in touch with her manager Sophia, who sat in the interview with me. I was thankfully offered the position that same day. The background process was grueling and there were nothing but complications from the 3rd party background company. Karol and Sophia remained in constant contact although the background caused delays, and were able to expedite on their end as well as connect with the employer. I am in my second week of work at an amazing company and am unbelievably grateful for Karol and team. I couldn’t possibly imagine being in a better position than I am right now.

Hayley Merrill was my direct contact. She interviewed, helped guide my specific employment targets, and gave incredible instructions once affiliated with an employer. Hayley and the staff made this my best experience working with a staffing agency. Actually, they performed like a personal head hunter organization. I highly recommend Insight Global.
