Insight Global

This is probably, no this is one of the worst recruiting companies. I "worked" with them last year to get employment. The person would call me about a position and it would ALWAYS fall through. I thought working with someone else might help, but the new person didn't even return phone calls or emails. Extremely unprofessional. They get you excited and get your hopes up, only to ghost you. Don't waste your time.

James Cihak @ Insight Global was instrumental to landing a job . His experience with the interview process was priceless. With out his help and the hiring process developed by IG, I'd still be floundering. Trying to find a position that fit my skills. Thank you IG, and especially James Cihak.

tl;dr: Not the first but definitely the best agency I've worked with so far in my career! Got a call about a year ago from the team over at Insight Global. It was for an opportunity in my field and I’d been having trouble finding credible options prior. They helped me through the interview process and made sure I was ready when it came time to start the assignment. They were there to answer any questions or concerns and help me advance in my current role. It’s not all the time that you feel supported by a contracting agency and I’ve had negative experiences before, but Insight Global is different. I don’t normally recommend agencies or refer people but for IG, I will make an exception. I definitely recommend Global Insight and will be referring friends!

I started working with Hayden mid december and in less than a month I was already in a position in my field and she was even able to match my salary requirements. They were very professional and kept contact on a regular basis. It really felt like they cared about my future and what i was looking for. Five stars!!!
