I was scouted in the summer of 2016. Had a total of two interviews in November of 2016. Accepting an offer because I needed the job. Worst decision of my life! 4 days before the start of the assignment I'm called into the office to fill out paperwork. The paperwork is all electronic no problems there but they're sent in individual emails and you fill them out that way: Problem number one. Today is the fourth week of work I have received a total of 2 checks for one week each. Today I find out my direct deposit information was deleted & I have to reenter my banking information and my paycheck that I'm supposed to receive this Friday will be mailed to me... Monday is another observed holiday I will not get the check until Tuesday of the new year. I wouldn't have known about this if I did not contact my recruiter about the pay situation. This is the only temp agency staffing agency that has this every agency has checks ready to pick up or mail to you so you receive it Friday. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Nothing can fix the issue being Christmas and New Year's Eve within a week of each other.

This employment agency is different than other agencies. Holly Mason called me for interview for Insight Global. At the Insight Global interview, Holly noticed I was looking for a job below my qualification. I was out of work for 5 months at the time of the Global interview. Because of the holidays, the job Holly was trying to fill with me was closed. Holly said like all other employment agencies, I heard before. We will keep looking for a job for you and will keep in touch. So my wife and I felt this is another brush off. By our surprise Holly Mason called me for a job. The job was a quality job that is better qualified for me. Holly checked my resume and sent to Samantha. Samantha is in charge of the account. Samantha showed my resume to the customer. Holly Mason kept me informed on the job progress with daily updates. Samantha escorted me to the customer’s interview. The company accepted me for the job. Holly informed me on the next steps that need to be completed before I can start work. Holly made sure all the paperwork was completed quickly to get me to work as soon as possible. Holly kept in touch to make sure how I liked the job and to see how I was doing. Holly Mason did an excellent job and was very informative.

I was contacted by Lauren Welkie regarding a GM position In which I hadn’t applied. Her inviting tone, directness, and detailed approach drew me in to listen fully to all she had to say. Because of that approach, I’m happy to say, I’ve followed her lead and have received an offer on a position I may otherwise never considered.
