The recruiter said I was a good fit for several openings and set a meeting with me for the next day. I went out of my way to make myself available and they didn’t call. I left a message for them but, I still have not heard back. I do not mind if I'm not a good fit but please communicate with me and do not waste my time. I’m serious about finding a job and do not appreciate being blown off. It’s unprofessional and disrespectful.

I was hired on during the pandemic, and have just started my second contract with providence health. My recruiter is Phil Schaff, and he has been nothing but incredible. They generally care about how well you're fitting into your contract, and work hard to find you the best fit for for your area of expertise. 10/10 would recommend.
Specifically, who I worked with, Mia and Sydney. They are absolutely amazing people and made the entire process completely clear to me, and they always had my back.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a staffing agency. They did the same thing to me with the Providence Position just a few weeks after the last review was posted, I only wish I had seen that review first. When they recruited me for the role I was told that it was a temp-to-hire situation so I left a permanent position. You can imagine my surprise when I started my new job and found out that I was actually hired on a temporary basis for about 3 months only to be laid off 3 weeks later via a phone call on my way home from work one day. Every time I called the agency to speak to them about what was going on they claimed that they "had no idea." It's now obvious that they did know what was going on. It's been months and I'm still recovering from all of the lost wages...I don't usually write reviews, but I've also never felt so taken advantage of by a company.
My experience with IG was excellent from start to finish; the staff is very professional and flexible in reacting to not just the client needs but candidate needs as well. They helped me land my current position and we in turn are happy to continue using Insight Global as our go-to for staffing needs.
My experience with InsightGobal was spectacular. I worked closely with Sarah Hershberger and Vanessa Reynaga. Both of these fantastic women were so considerate and willing to work with me for the position. They go way above and beyond the minimum and really bring the human interaction back in the current world of job searching.
I got contacted by Olivia Halverson and she was nothing but helpful in helping me find a job that suits my career path and schedule which isn't always easy. Since then, she checks in on me to see if I need anything or to simply keep me updated on things as they arise. It's not every day that you get service like that from people in this day and age and this is without a doubt a testament of the work ethic that Insight Global possesses.
