Insight global has given me a fantastic experience as an employment agency, even despite the rough waters of 2020. I always had someone to talk to or give me immediate guidance or direction regardless of the problems that arose. I’m now happily employed for an amazing company after three months of contract to hire. Highly recommended

Insight Global was the company, which found and suggested dream full-time job as IT Business Analyst to me . I liked the fact, that they wanted to meet in person first, talked about my goals, and then they reached out to my reference contacts, which shows, that they care about professional level of people they want to work with. Olivia from IG was helping me through the entire interview process with my current employer, and she has a perfect balance of being informative and controlling and at the same time being humble, positive and not annoying at all. And she was genuinely happy for me after every successful step in my 4-step interview process

I am shocked at how Insight Global conducts its business practices. I rarely experience this level of unprofessionalism, but I must share my experience to ensure this helps other job seekers beware. I applied for a position through Insight Global and was contacted immediately, based on my experience and match for one of their potential clients. The phone call was pleasant, and the phone screening showed that there was interest in matching me with the client. I was then emailed that they would reach out to the client and get back to me on the status. The next day, I replied and thanked them for their time, and to let me know when they hear anything. I received no reply for three days, so I replied for any status update. Still no reply. For the next 10 days, and asked again and again if they had any updates about this potential position. Still no reply from the Insight Global rep. After waiting 14 days, I just gave up entirely. To this day, 60+ days later, I have still not received any reply from the Insight Global contact. I cannot support any company like Insight Global that handles its business in this manner. It is a waste of time for potential clients and job seekers to constantly have to seek out their communication channels and not get any replies.

Insight Global has been amazing for me and has gotten me a full time position in the exact field I was aiming for. And not only is the position in my desired field but the location is less than 5 miles from my house, the shift is exactly how I needed it, and best of all the pay is fantastic. Insight truly took my best interest into their hands and delivered an A+ job to me. My actual recruiter Cassidy has been amazing on staying in constant contact with me always returning my calls and questions the same day I would call. I would highly recommend Insight to anyone seeking employment. I went in and had a dream job in just 2 weeks. Great service and perfect respect for their clients. Kali is truly amazing! She really took the time to build a relationship with me and connect personally. She has always been very responsive to anything and everything I've ever needed and asked for. I made a giant leap moving from out of state to Portland and Kali and Thai helped me find the perfect position to get my foot in the door in the big city! I've truly enjoyed my experience with each Insight Global member I've had the pleasure of meeting and talking to over the phone and in person. I've definitely recommended this recruiting agency to many and will continue to do so

Terrible experience, but the worst thing was being hired for a year long contract and being told on day 1 that it's actually only a 7 week contract with POTENTIAL of extending based on client's needs. The contract ended after 5 months when the client decided not to invest in the project after delivery of products completed.

My experience with this staffing agency was extremely disappointing. They presented an opportunity with a company I’ve long admired and said the next step was a “meet and greet.” After that, I was met with silence —despite a couple of follow-up emails and initial reassurances from recruiters Emma Dailey and Makayla. Not even a courtesy reply to say the position was filled. I later discovered the agency has numerous negative reviews and is involved in a lawsuit over employee mistreatment—information I wish I had known sooner. Even if I wasn’t the right fit, the lack of communication was unprofessional and disrespectful. I’m sharing this to help others avoid the same experience. There are far better agencies out there that treat people with basic decency.

I started a new contract under Lauren and Laine, if you ever get the opportunity to work with them you will never want to work for anyone else. They both respond quickly and ask questions and listen. When something is going on you are able to reach out to them and they promptly fix or get to the bottom of anything that is going on. They will treat you like family not a regular coworker with a number. I enjoy working for Insight Global as these two amazing ladies make the company stand out and promote a relaxed atmosphere to be a part of.
