My first acquaintance with Insight Global was in February, 2018. They set me up on a contract with NASA at Kennedy Space Center in Florida. After that contract ended, I was on another contract with AT&T. For the past two years, I was on a contract at Raytheon in McKinney. A bit of a mixed experience, a recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn and called my mobile with an opportunity. The team was extremely responsive and supportive when I expressed interest in the opportunity, and worked quickly to set up an interview with the employer within a week. After the interview though, radio silence. I followed up with the recruiters over the next three weeks and received no response, even just to say the position was no longer available. I understand it isn’t a requirement, but it does make me reluctant to put in the energy to respond to offers when they reach out to me.
