I’ve been coming to Iron hill often since I started going to school in center city. I love this place. They have a great menu with lots of options, and I haven’t yet tried something I didn’t like. My favorite appetizer is the cheesesteak egg rolls. This is a great place to grab a quick bite and a couple drinks to hang out with your friends. The restaurant is big with lots of seating, a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and overall tasty food! Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re interested.

One of the best brewery in Philadelphia. We were the party of 6 and had a great time. Our server Brian was very welcoming and helped us in selecting drinks. Please do try tasters they were really good and also the fries and wings. We dint get the chance to order the main course since we were so full. Cocktails were little fruity sort of but if you like that kind of drinks then razz lemonade is for you. Overall great experience and would recommend this place to everyone.

I had a reservation for 6 & showed up with 7 people. I was also running 15 minutes behind. I called & they answered the phone right away. They saved the my reservation even though I was late. When I arrived with more people it wasn’t even a problem for them. They got me a table ready for 7 with no issues. The waiter was good. He offered us a lot of things & even offered samples. The food was good. We got crab cakes, salmon cakes, lemon pepper wings, bbq wings, mashed potatoes, salmon & shrimp & grits. All of it was outstanding! Sooooo good! The crab cakes & the salmon cakes were top tier! I definitely recommend! & the option to add a crab cake to any meal for just $10 was an absolute plus! My only problem was the chairs. High, hard, wooden chairs with no cushion. It was so uncomfortable for me to sit there for over an hour. I was in a lot of pain & had to stand up a few times. But overall a very good experience!

I used to love Iron Hill. Back when I first went to the West Chester location in 2008, it was the bomb! I've been to several other locations in the years since. But sadly, the quality has gone down in recent years. At least as far as the food. I don't drink, so I can't speak for the brews. We were at the Center City location yesterday; the food was mid, and our server was very nice at first, but after she realized we were a dry table, she mostly ignored us. I get it, and usually I tip very well to compensate, but not this time. It's sad, this used to be one of my top 3 favorite chain restaurants.

I came to this restaurant with my kid, it's definitely kid friendly. The food was great and the service received was professional. Our waiter was kind and respectful. The food was great also there wasn't a long wait time. We will definitely come back next time to try out the breakfast menu.

We had a great time at Iron Hill. The environment is very welcoming and the front of house staff are very knowledgeable. Isiah was our waiter and was definitely one of the better waiters I’ve had over the years of dining out. I would recommend this place and Isiah anytime to anyone.

Unfortunately, we walked in, greated by the host/hostess, checked out the bar and walked out. The vibe was mehhh & flat. The music volume was so low you couldn't really hear it. The bar was half full and didn't feel very inviting. We ended up going somewhere else.

I went there for a date on my birthday. The atmosphere was great, the service was great and the food was amazing down to the water. (I usually ask for mint leaves and lemon and surprisingly they had them)The only downside was I ordered a Rose’ wine and when it came it was a little lite in color and it tasted watery very stale. I asked the server was it old wine they servered me and she said No and took it to make another, when she came back it looked different and tasted better she stated she had gave me cranberry juice instead of the drink by accident so that’s why I only gave 4 stars for service.Otherwise it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE and yes I will return and recommend my Family & Friends.

The food was great but the service leaves much to be desired. During the meal we were approached by a gentleman (clearly homeless) who came in and asked if we were done with our food, and he could have it. Serving staff did nothing to stop this gentleman from entering the dining area and when I spoke with management I was offered a half assed apology stating they "don't have security and this is to be expected inCenter City" and given an offer of a small discount (only 10%) and to replace our food even after my date was threatened with violence. This was a huge turn off for this place as my date and I felt disrespected by both this stranger and by staff at the place. I do not plan on revisiting this place as the place openly allows customers to be harassed during their meals. Shame on management here.

I went to this iron brewery last night for Mother’s Day and my Waitress I had was EXTREMELY helpful and nice took care of me and my family. The sad and frustrating thing is .. that I ordered a well done burger and watched him put it in the system as well done and when my food came out my burger was not well done at . I nicely sent it back to the kitchen. They took about 20 minutes just to bring the burger back out. And when the burger came back out it still wasn’t well done .. yes it took look to come back out but I’m not a hard person to please if it would’ve came out well done I wouldn’t had any complaints . But anyways I ask to speak to the manager and a guy named Eric ( staffing wouldn’t give his last name out). I asked Eric who he was and he said he was the General Manager . I proceeded to tell him well I ordered a well done burger .. it came out not the way I ordered twice .. I asked him what is his restaurant burgers supposed to be cooked to for it to be a well done burger .. he tells me he doesn’t know . As a General manager that is a unacceptable answer and that is a person that should not be running a restaurant if he doesn’t even understand the temps . My family ate their meals because they was served already and it was late but I didn’t even eat from there .. very very very horrible experience !!! And I will never be returning there .. so thanks Eric .
