Staff is friendly and helpful. Got a great deal for my baby stuff and found some cute, affordable things.
As a furst timer at kid to kid i got say it was the best and the cashier infront was very joyful and helpful and she made me feel welcome defetenly coming back cant remeber her name but thank you so much
I would give this store a zero if I could, but you have to chose something to post. I took my nephews very gently used Ralph Lauren Polo shirts and jeans to sell to the Cooper Street location, and it was the worst experience ever. Not only that, but I know that the clothes are a great find for anyone that has a child that can fit them; however, I do not like to be lied to and for someone to attempt to steal them from me. The photos that I am including is the large bag of clothes that they said no to but had to search for over 30 minutes for and the few items that that said yes to and would buy them for $8 or a $20 store credit. I declined being ripped off and would rather give them away to anyone who needs/wants them than to patronize a dishonest business. This was my first and last time to EVER do business with Kids to Kids. I thought that they were helping families that need help but that is not what I encountered today.
My experience at this store was very disappointing. The employees worked extremely slowly, making the wait much longer than necessary, even when the store wasn’t particularly busy. What frustrated me even more was the pricing process. It felt like they intentionally offered very low prices for items that clearly have higher resale value. I understand that resale businesses need to make a profit, but the offers seemed unreasonably low compared to the quality and value of the items brought in. Overall, the combination of slow service and consistently low offers made for a poor experience. I hope management takes steps to improve efficiency and provide fairer evaluations for customers selling their items.
I’ve always had an experience great experience with Kid 2 Kid Arlington. I’ve sold many gently used items here & always receive a generous & speedy pay-out. With massive inventory you can always find something you need here. No matter if you’re buying, selling or gifting, rather your a mother to be, shopping for the kiddos, anything from newborn, toddler, or pre-teen I highly recommend. The staff here is great, professional, kind, helpful, responsive & knowledgeable. Thanks guys for all that you do, I’ll be back! 💕
Great place to sell or buy kids clothing and other stuff. They have great selections and great prices. The store is nicely organized, neat and clean and the staff very helpful 👍
I had a really great experience selling clothes at Kid to Kid. The employees were kind, patient, and made the process smooth from start to finish. My biggest advice if you’re dropping off clothes: don’t hover or stress the employees out — go enjoy your time and come back later. If you go in with realistic expectations and not expecting a huge payout, you’ll honestly have a great experience. Their customer service towards me was excellent and I appreciated how welcoming everyone was.

The employees and other staff went above and beyond to accommodate me on finding St.Patrick’s Day outfits for my precious granddaughter at the last minute (literally, as the were closing). Her beautiful dress was a “hit” at her preschool today for their party.
Very organized and well stocked store. You can literally find a thing your looking for here. They bought a handfull of things from me and paid quite nice! Just a tip, have your items sorted by season and all laid flat in your bins so you don't have to do it there and be prepared to wait a long time. They do offer the option to drop off and come back later though.
