I normally have fantastic experiences at Kid to Kid. I shop here frequently and also sell here, so this review is disappointing to write. When I came in today, I didn’t recognize any of the staff and immediately felt uncomfortable, like I was being followed. I initially chalked it up to anxiety and tried to brush it off. My 18-month-old briefly held a stuffed toy (a Squishmallow). When I went to check out, staff had pulled the toy to the front and demanded that I pay for it because they claimed they saw her put it in her mouth. This would be physically impossible given the size of the toy. At most, it’s possible she kissed it which toddlers do. They insisted it was “new,” despite the fact that it clearly had existing damage, including a red stain on the back and multiple dirty streaks. This is a used toy store, and there is absolutely no way to determine what any item has been exposed to before being put on the sales floor. I have attached photos showing the existing stains and wear on the toy they demanded I purchase, which directly contradicts their claim that it was new. When I pointed out how flawed and illogical this policy is in a resale environment, they still demanded payment. I paid the $4 just to leave, but I also left behind $40 worth of merchandise I was planning to purchase. I have three children in different sizes and will not be returning. I’ll be shopping at other thrift and resale stores going forward. (At least my husband will be happy about that.) I will say: when there is a middle-aged Caucasian manager present, she has always been kind, professional, and helpful. There is also a younger buyer with long black hair who has consistently been sweet and helpful. Unfortunately, today’s staff were neither friendly nor logical. I recommend this store only when those specific employees are working. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.

Me and my sister were going to sell a brand new kitchen but they didn't want it because it was chipped from the back at the bottom, the clothes they didn't want it because they just didn't want it,the stroller because it had a little bit of dirt and it could come off,the baby walker they didn't want it because it was missing the door and the last time we went there it was also missing stuff, they didn't take nothing from us only three pairs of shoes and at least 10 baby clothes never going in there again.

I’ve been shopping here for years. They always have great quality gentle used and new items at very affordable prices. Got all these for my grandson for less than $100

I came to this store about 6 years ago and remembered what a great experience it was. I was recently blessed with a new granddaughter and wanted to find her some clothing. Going to this particular Kid to Kid was such a great decision! Their clothes are color coded, sized and separated and separated by gender, they make it SO EASY. The employees were all very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this store.

First time at kid to kid. Our experience was ok. The place was a bit small for the buying and selling of your gently use kids items. Sold some clothes that grandbaby grew out of. Some items were not able to be sold so they donated for us. All and all great place just need to have an area to sit if you are selling your stuff. They don’t want you to leave the store.

My little ones attended after school care and full time care at this facility for 5 months. We recently moved and have left daycare. Our family grew in so many ways thanks to Mr Art, Ms Jayla, Ms Faith, Ms Karina, Ms Kelly, Ms Taylor and the plentiful of other staff/teachers! They accommodated for a 3 year old who dropped naps too early, communicated with me daily about their well being and assisted with tools to help us in and outside of the class. We are so grateful for the time, energy and love poured into us and the other kiddos. Highly recommend.

Great experience! I went in with clothes already laid out so that it can be quick and fast it took a little over 30 minutes but it was worth it. The ladies kept me updated on the offer for summer clothes and the payout in cash was better than expected. Thank you ladies so much you were all Wonderful!!!

I’m giving a 2 star review because the store is always clean, organized and well-stocked. Everything else, though, is less deserving. As a buyer, the prices are way too high and the clothing often has stains or too much wear. The huge sticker sales are more of a marketing gimmick to get people in the store than an actual sale. They used to be epic. Now, there’s hardly any qualifying inventory. As a seller, my experience has been terrible every time I’ve sold there (maybe four or five times throughout the years). They require you to move your items from your own laundry basket or whatever you brought to their own. You’re required to lay everything out nice and flat and to pair outfits. This makes perfect sense. This is how I bring them to the store anyway. What really stinks is that they return your items to you in a crumpled up mess in a trash bag; wrinkled, unorganized and leaving you without the ability to see if the items they didn’t want to buy are even still accounted for. The teenage girls that do the buying typically have rude attitudes and stand around gossiping up until the point they tell you that they’re so busy that they need an hour and a half to look through your stuff. Oh, and if you leave the store to run errands because you don’t have an hour and a half to waste (probably because you’re a busy mom with young children), you lose out on the opportunity to deny their offer and have your items returned to you if the offer is too low. So, basically, they could take $300 worth of merch, “offer” you $3 and you’re stuck with it because you chose to leave. Seems like this should be illegal, honestly. The last straw, though, was my final experience. They were offering an extra 30% for certain items that were high in demand. I had a lot of what they needed and they chose to purchase almost everything I brought. Did I get the extra 30%??? Nope. Of course not. I asked the teenager behind the counter if I received it and she said, “uhhhh, sure”. She clearly had no idea what I was talking about. The receipts they provide don’t give any info, either, because they don’t actually want you to know what they paid per item. They just hope people are happy to get anything at all. Don’t do it. There are so many better options out there…for buying and for selling.

I decided to come on a random Saturday cause I’ve been meaning to check it out. Absolutely loved it! The second you walk in, it’s a big store and it’s super clean plus organized! I was taken aback from how many items they have but also clean!! I mostly came in for 6-9month boy clothing and up cause my son is growing so fast and who doesn’t like a good deal on baby clothes 🤭
