Great selection of kids clothes and newborn items, especially basic tees, shorts, etc. - No sense in buying brand new when you can get gently worn for a great price. Service is spotty but good enough that I’ll keep coming back. I’ve sold things here before and they only give you a small fraction of the value but something is better than nothing. I appreciate being able to share it with others and extending the life of items than trashing them.

ILT Parents beware. This store does not have the approval to reproduce their trademarked logo. The school has already told them to stop. The blazer does not match and the embroidery does not match. Make sure you can get your money back if you bought these fraudulent items since your child will be out of uniform. Based on your response I know your in it for a quick buck, ILt customer beware! The blazer has to have the gold buttons (none on the one I got) Please do not insult me further and say you did not know any better after all you say you have ILT teachers working for you.
just oder wrong uniform for kids $689.00 next day came back to refund them but was unable to. only store credit, how am I supposed to use almost $700.00 of store credit at that store all old thrift store clothes and cheap knockoffs.

Always a pleasant experience here regardless of how busy the store is the employees are always super helpful and pleasant. Today Lina helped us from start to finish with my son's uniform purchase.
(Originally 3 stars, reduced to 1 because the survey they send you [even if you select the opt-out option during check in] requires you to sign up for promotional texts in the fine print before submitting. That's sketchy and ridiculous.) Poorly set up selling process (I wasn't allowed to get the appraisal started on a LARGE amount of items until I finished assembling a play pen that I was then told they couldn't accept--it not being something they accept is perfectly reasonable, but I consider it unprofessional that multiple sales associates watched me assemble the entire thing before saying anything), but the store is well-laid-out and offers a good selection and good pricing if you're there to buy. Additional information I would have found useful beforehand and didn't see mentioned anywhere until I got there (even though I called beforehand to ask) if you're selling: they don't accept stuffed animals, and anything with parts/pieces needs to be fully assembled with all of its accessories. Again, totally reasonable, but it would have saved me a lot of time to have known how to separate out/package things before I got there. It's a discount store, so don't expect a lot of money on what they do buy, but I do feel the amount that I was offered for the things that they did accept as stock was a fair amount.
This was my first time shopping here and I had a great experience. The checkout associate was polite, helpful, and respectful. They offer a great variety of clothes for boys and girls of all ages and all sizes.

DO NOT sell there! They severely undermined your dell and offer extremely low amounts in exchange for top name brand items. For example less than $3 for name brand shoes in great condition. Defiantly feels like a robbery in broad daylight. You will do better selling on Facebook market place.
