I had the chicken wing combo (6 wings and kimchi fries) and the deok bokki. Everything was delicious. I cannot tolerate spicy dishes like I used to but, nothing was too spicy to handle. I ordered takeout but, the restaurant seems like a quaint place for dine-in. I will be returning to try other dishes.
One special thing about Korean places is the banchan. They have none. I was already disappointed. I ordered Kimchi Jigge. I am giving 3 stars because it was not bad. I have had better. Plus for a corner shop with barely any Korean experience, paying 21$ for Jigge feels really expensive. The most expensive Jigge I have ever eaten!!!
Their rice triangles are amazing. Have ordered from them plenty of times and everything tastes good. The bubble tea if okaaay, the bubbles are small and they seem to skimp
I am very shocked by this restaurants actions today. I ordered a meal and shortly afterwards the business up charged me an additional $5. When I called to ask why the lady hung up the phone on me. I was a repeat customer, I will never shop here again. Watch out. What you are saying is a blatant lie. She hung up the phone #1. Secondly, you then cancelled my order thank god you did because it really isn’t worth $38 for 1 LA Galbi that you then turned around and removed all sides from so all you get is meat and rice for $38. Are you literally insane?
The price has gone up since moving to center city but the food is still great and they do have some less expensive items.
I had gotten the kimchi fried rice. It was not great....it had a sour taste to it like the kimchi was sour...their triangle bimbap(sorry if I spell it wrong) was better than my kimchi fried rice. We also got the wings which was a lot better. A coworker got the bulgogi lunch box which she said was very good and a lot of food.
Great place to find a variety of authentic Korean dishes. Prices are reasonable and the servings are generous. There is ample seating and if you want real spice just ask them for true Korean style.
Delicious! A little pricey but portions make up for it
Great food!! I highly recommend their Soon Dubu Soup (soft tofu soup), it tastes amazing. I picked up my order and they had completed it on time and was kind on arrival. Again, get their soft tofu soup.
Don't order through GrubHub. Both the website and the restaurant screwed me over royally for a tiny order that I ended up never getting. It wasn't even before closing time as I ordered this on a Friday at 7:48 PM. It was supposed to arrive 30-40 minutes later. The arrival time got pushed back not once, not twice, but SIX SEPARATE TIMES to the point where I couldn't even get my order. I tried calling the restaurant at 9:02 PM and no one answered. They don't close until 9:30 PM.... This order was split between two drivers where one lied about the status of my order and got assigned elsewhere and the other got to the restaurant at 9:42 PM when they were already closed. If they had just told me in the first place there was an issue regarding my order instead of lying, I would have no problems and move on. But, this is disappointing considering I heard such great things about this place and was looking forward to trying it.
