When I called they were very helpful and set up an appointment very quickly. The price is very reasonable comparing to other companies. Definitely would recommend for any future jobs.

For us the key is communication, las Haciendas has Excellent customer service! We highly recommend their services for all residential/commercial projects. Especially with those hard different kind of drawings like septic drawings, topography, detention pond drawings and many more. Mr. Lira and his team have helped us with all the drawings mentioned above from the beginning, answering all our questions, giving us valuable suggestions and recommendations all the way until the permit is approved. Las Haciendas does high quality job, knowledgeable and always updated with city & county’s upgrades. We will continue using their services for all our residential custom homes and future commercial projects.

Customer service is nonexistent. Contacted them since March and was always told they would get back to me. I was left on read and was told someone would be in contact in "15 minutes" for two months. They answer the phone with no proper etiquette and are rude. Don't waste your time and look elsewhere with another company that is looking to work with potential customers.

Great experience,great service highly recommend them. Jose, Cristian and Luis helped me with a red tag I had in my property they knew exactly what I needed to get approved for a permit.They exceeded my expectations and there level of professionalism and customer service was on point.

Jose was really nice to work with and answered all my questions. He helped me with my foundation certificate. The process was very smooth and within 2 days I had my Power Release approved.

They have very professional staff and they keep a good communication with the customer. It was my first time with my land and putting my mobile home and they help me through out the process going out of their way to answer any questions I may have during the process. From the day that I contacted Jose to request his services, he was very detailed and informative about the process and what his services would and would not cover for the entire process with the city. I really appreciated that because I had already hired other professionals that were not able to deliver what I needed for my permit. This leads me to the issue of communication. Jose and his team are very communicative via text, phone, and email. There was never a case that they didn’t respond within 24 hours. And more importantly, when I had a deadline, they were even more communicative and helpful with helping me navigate the city’s online system. They could have just told me to call the city for help but they didn’t. That communication and support was clutch for me in feeling confident about meeting my deadline and about knowing that I hired the best team in Houston. Also, Jose is genuinely an expert at this. He and his team will answer any questions you have about your project and if they don’t know the answer, they will tell you that without hesitation but also point you in the right direction so that you can get the answers you need. Jose and his team were also able to shed light on future projects that will follow my current project. This really gave me a leg up because I have a better idea of what to expect in the future and know who I can come to for plans. Finally, I had already called about ten other firms but either the job was too small or they didn’t design the type of structure I needed plans for. I was discouraged about how I was going to meet my very close deadline for plans when either the professional I hired no longer responded to my messages, or the professionals I wanted to hire had some excuse for not taking my project. Jose and his team came through and went to work the same day I hired them. They don’t waste their time or yours. So yes, you can probably find someone cheap to make your plans but let me tell you that the stress of not being able to reach anyone for days on end to get an update on your project can feel insurmountable. Invest your time and money here because no one beats the quality of service that Las Haciendas Design and Engineering offers. Thank you to Jose and his amazing team. Working with Las Haciendas Design was as easy as it gets. They were very communicative throughout the process and were able to produce the plans to my property with every detail I wanted and in a timely manner.
