Working with Las Haciendas Design and Engineering made things a lot easier for me. I needed a septic design and had no clue about the permit process, but they walked me through everything and helped me get both my septic system and mobile home permits without the usual headache. Super helpful and easy to deal with.

I am not one to write reviews but, I had a fantastic experience with Las Haciendas Design & Engineering LLC. I purchased a vacant lot with no existing water and sewer services, also this lot is situated in a flood zone therefore our house required special designs. They helped me with all the plans and permits required to build my home. I am more than happy with their services and will definitely used them and recommend them for any future projects.

I highly recommend Las Haciendas Design and Engineering. Mr. Lira and his whole team were great with the whole process. This is the first time I do an addition to my house so they helped me with all my questions. Got my plans designed just how we wanted and took the time to guide me thru the process of how the city works. Just got my plans approved and happy to start construction. Mr. Lira and Chris took the time to call me and wish me the best and to let me know their there for any questions I will have during construction. These projects require expertise and communication and they have it all! I highly recommend!

I called three places before luckily finding Las Haciendas. They were able to help me out really quickly, at reasonable price. In less than a week I had the form I needed sent to the city. Luis was really helpful and always answered the phone when I called. I would REALLY RECOMMEND Las Haciendas. P.s. I thought some of the 5 star reviews might be fake, but know I know they're real.

They are great at what they do, they help you in anything they can and make sure your designs and floor plans meet all the city requirements.

We had a very complicated mobile homes development plan that was difficult in all aspects seem to have give up. Jose Lira and his team were very prompt and help us out with our plans either redesign/ adjust the plan...etc. many times to make it went through the permit.
