Jose Lira designed the foundation for my shop building . Smooth sailing thru county permit office. Gave me excellent advice on buying the correct fill dirt. Was able to supply surveying services and elevation permit at a fair price. Have had no problems with the foundation even after installing many tons of heavy surplus machinery for my hobby machine shop. Would use him again.

Jose drew up formals plans for me to remove a load bearing wall and a few other walls in my heavily partition 1960 home. I highly recommend Jose, he work to accommodate my design plans. In addition Jose communicated with my contractors to make sure my renovation was successful.

They were helpful at first, then once it came to providing answers or documents took forever. They charged me twice to come to my property. They never said they would charge me more after I paid for my plans. They come off as friendly and trusting but just money hungry.
