Having a very bad experience with this engineering service. I called him twice to get the address so we could bring our documents to him. He said he would text us right away and I had to wait 3 more days before calling him again to ask for his address. Also,these guys just kept asking more money from me to do the plan which we agreed at first and still haven't finished it. I ended up losing bunch of money without having my work done and had to go to another engineer.

Mr. Jose lira was very professional and work with my son and I to design my personal home, had all permits require and soil test very happy with his part of the deal WIIL CALL ON HIS SEVICES FOR THE FUTURE.

Had to get some engineer work done for some rental property and las haciendas design and engineering was by far the best priced and most reasonable, also the time frame for the work that I needed to be completed was also quicker then others estimated times, if I need anymore services again I will definitely be back to see Jose! This place is also on Harris County engineers dept reference list, witch I called about 30 of them on that list and he was the best priced! Top notch work!
