Ordered over 30 blouses from them and Ms. Daniella was the representative who assisted me - they were out of stock on some and I requested she inform me when they came in and she followed through! Great service was provided and I appreciate all your efforts Ms. Daniella - thank you! A shout out as well to the Mariachi Connection for offering the black friday sale - I was able to end my year on a great note, made a big purchase on items we needed for our elementary school students who unfortunately do not have the funds to buy their own costumes and your sale was truly a christmas wish come true for them - muchas gracias!
Been looking for a Vihuela since 2021 when the school year had started, Rather then buying a cheap Vihuela off Guitar center i was pleased to find out they carry Vihuelas that are authentically crafted! I'm all the way from Austin but the trip here to San A. was very worth it! Great store and great people working here!
I was greeted by April as soon as I walked up to the entrance. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I needed. I had a very good shopping experience and would recommend this store to anyone else.
Excelente service and selection. Everyone was so helpful even though they were very busy. They also had lots of staple items in sale.
My daughter has been dancing since she's 5. She 15 now. This place always has what we need when we need it. It is well worth the drive from Austin. Would not recommend any place else for ballet folklorico needs
Excellent customer service!! Thank you so much for everything. Grateful keep up the great work. You guys have everything we needed In stock. Highly recommend Mariachi Connection From. Ballet Folklorico Sol De San Antonio
*********DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS ANY BUSINESS.... POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE............ NO PROFESSIONALISM................. NO MANNERS.............. Ordered the shoes, they were DEFECTIVE!!!!!!!!!!!! Couldn't get the Shipping guy to send the "Fed EX" to pick up the defective, so its "Customer's Fault". According to their "guidelines" if you order shoes, and they are defective, there are no refunds...So basically, if you are lucky, and if they last a week, good, otherwise, you just DONATED to these Poor family in San Antonio, TX. Very good guys, keep it up..... you won't hear anyone from Houston anymore......
Searched everywhere for custom Traje outfits! Marachi Connection does it all here. The staff is so helpful in every aspect from helping you create your vision with all their options they offer. I really didn’t know where to start in designing but they made the process so easy. And their customer service is beyond amazing Olga. Marina. Conrad. Daniel and Joise really gonabove and beyond to not feel like a customer but a friend. They just a perfect example of why we need to continue to support small business.
April was amazing and very helpful. Showing me and my husband what we needed and patient with us. Loved her demeanor. A plus to the store.
The first time I received my mariachi suit, the measurements were beyong wrong from the waist and arms and it took a bit over a month to fix it when I was promised to come as early as possible. I know some stuff may be out of their hands when they send stuff back to Mexico to get fixed but still it should've been right the first time they get the measurements of a suit.
