It’s best to just go to the location rather than ordering online or over the phone. Things will run a lot more smoothly. We buy most of our Folklorico gear here. Anything from our Sofia shoes to the rebolso to the vestidos.

Excellent service, selection and pricing for all of your Mariachi and Folklorico needs. My daughter needed to be measured for her trajae and boots, pick up new strings for her guitar, and Guitarron, new hairpieces, and an extra neck strap. The ladies were all quite helpful, and very knowledgeable. They have a large selection of instruments, trashes, etc.
Fast and friendly service by april. I had no idea what to get for my sister's uniform and she knew exactly what to pair up with outfit and I even got her these cute earrings :)

Mariachi Connection is a great store for all San Antonio. I have driven past this west side treasure a hundred times and never stopped unit today. I met Conrad(😜 asked) and the rest of the great staff this past Saturday. I was looking like a pro that night and a smash amongst a bunch a sharped dressed people. I love the suit and will get a lot more use out of it.
This place is easy to get to, and the employees are very helpful. Kandi was so friendly and asked questions so that I would get correctly sized items for my girls. I was in and out of there in no time at all!
Their shipping is absolutely outrageous! I ordered 2 practice skirts and shipping was $25. They chose to ship through UPS or FedEx, if they shipped through USPS shipping would be cut in half.
It appears this business deals mostly with kids. I asked for Grey Camisolas and was told they only have White, Black and Bone with limited sizes. The person I spoke to acted like I was asking a favor. No customer service skills. I will never shop there, ever.
Don’t ask any questions because the staff is rude if you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for. I had a horrible experience and won’t be returning. I’ll drive across town for a better experience.
