Harold did my ceramic coating and windiw tinting last week. He was always conscientious and professional on the phone and in person. When I went into the shop, he explained all of the tinting options as well as the ceramic coating and the process. In addition, I had questions about wrapping the car and he explained all of those options, one of which I intend to get in the future. Staff who do the work all seemef very happy on their jobs and when I picked up my car, they were eager to show me every detail of the work done. I will return for work in the future.
"I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at [Business Name]. Despite visiting their establishment and reviewing their website, I was unable to find any information regarding their prices. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Furthermore, I was appalled by the condition of the facilities, specifically the bathrooms, which were filthy and poorly maintained. This is unacceptable for any business that claims to provide a quality service. However, what really took the cake was the treatment I received from the owner's daughter, who apparently is in charge of customer service. Her attitude was completely dismissive and disrespectful, making me feel uncomfortable and mistreated. In summary, I would not recommend Miami auto spa or Brickell spa to anyone due to their lack of transparency in pricing, their filthy and poorly maintained facilities, and their dismissive and disrespectful treatment
I contacted this place and inquired about their package deals and was told those are their guaranteed prices - drove out there and a guy told me the car would take 3 hours so they did not have enough time. Went back again, and dealt with Harold the apparent manager and he was awful. Opened the car said it would take 5 hours and would cost over $300 (was advised the first time I called it would be no more than the package price of $169). Told us he didn’t want our business and that their prices are out of date online. He was not helpful and was very unprofessional.
Took my 2020 Ram Rebel here to remove a few dings from the driver and passenger door, as well as some on the bed. They did an amazing job, for an amazing price, in a reasonable amount of time. They even pointed out an fixed a dent I didn't even see I would strongly recommend this place to anyone.
This is the worst car wash I’ve ever gone to. I’m not front the area and based on the google reviews it seemed like a decent place to get my car washed but instead I got a very unpleasant/boiling experience. This place has NO AC, I should’ve mentioned that first… this isn’t north Florida but Miami the hottest and humid city EVER. They don’t even provide water, they do have a fan at the front desk however is pointing only to the clerk. NO customer service whatsoever and they even gave me a bad attitude for not tipping them since when people tip for an awful service!
I got my windows tinted here on my s class. Wasn't perfect initially but I came back and the guys fixed all the problems I pointed out. Very professional. Best value in town I shopped around. Other legitimate places wanted way more for xtel tint film. Harold helped me. Thanks 👍
Go somewhere else. Just waited 1.5 hours for a basic car wash. On a Monday afternoon. Also prices went up significantly and quality of cleaning and speed of service has gone down tremendously. Was a loyal customer since the place opened - unfortunately, will not be returning.
Horrible experience. Worst car wash ever. I paid 100 dollars and my windshield had dirt on it and my rear window also. Between tbe seats had alot of dirt still. DO NOT COME HERE. Worst service. People work hard for their money. The least you can do is a good job. 0 stars if i can. For 100 dollars ita not worth it!!
Quick, effective, and efficient. I got my car detailed with the leather treatment in less than 20 minutes. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and waiting area is comfortable. Definitely recommend!
I am not the type of person that likes to write a bad review, but considering that I was referred to this business by a friend, I was expecting professional and good customer service but I received the complete opposite. I called to ask for an estimate for correction paint on my dads truck and the man proceeded to tell me very rudely that he would have to see the car, when I asked if there was any way he could give me an estimate he rudely told me again that he has to see the car and hung up. I did not expect such bad costumer service and believe he could have explained to me why he couldn’t give me an estimate over the phone instead of rudely hanging up on a potential client. Very disappointing
