The person literally hanged up on me and called me stupid because he was so “smart” that he couldn’t explain the services and the difference in princing for waxing and buffering. Terrible customer service and extremely patronizing tone to this rude car washer looser.
I love this place, I been coming here for the past 7 years.. but this year 2024, there seems to be a new direction. The new manager and the whole crew are customer driven and hard working. The shop is clean and with two waiting areas. If you are in brickell is a must.
SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place is the worst. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR. The morning of September 4 I took my 2017 John Cooper Works Rebel Green (Dark Green) Clubman for overspray removal after visiting your website. When I came to pick up the car it was late afternoon and overcast. The car was indoors so I could not see any imperfections in the finish after it was done. I asked the clerk if he inspected the car and said it was good to go. When I had a chance to see the car in direct sunlight I noticed swirl and hologram marks on fenders and the side door panels. Also, the windshield has small scratches on the driver side (very noticeable when driving directly with the sun in front of you) as if someone was using a razor blade to remove the overspray. The scratches are in the opposite direction of the wiper blade motion and those marks weren't there when I took the car in. So in conclusion, if you want your car ruined and pay for it take it to these crooks. You better believe I'm complaining, I called you a week later because that's when I noticed the swirl marks, while I was washing the car myself. You know it and I know it, that holograms and swirl marks are very hard to notice in the dark and that is where the car was sitting when I went to pick it up so I couldn't see what the damage was from what you did. For the record, it was not concrete overspray it was latex paint.
$89 for washing a Tesla 3? This place is ridiculously overpriced. There are plenty of car washes in Miami where you can get your car washed at a reasonable price. This is not one of them
I paid 50$ with tip for their second tier ash only to find the back floor untouched, in short.i came back home to vacuum a car that just left their business. Before this I paid for their regular wash and the center console was scratched. Never again.

Came in really skeptical about what they did with ceramic coating. I shopped around and they are the cheapest in town. Harold (manager) explainted averything in detail of the process they did the ceramic coating in all the vehicle (rims, windows etc) the work took a day in a half and you could see it in the detail of the work. I HIGHLY recomment this place no only for there work but the attention I received by the staff. Mack the guy that worked of my vehicle was really proffesional and really attentive with the details that my vehicle needed..... i definitely would be back....
Elio and Harold have been really helpful! Got my car tinted TWICE in 1 week because i wanted to go a shade darker and they came through for me again!! and did my rims. Awesome place. Can be a little pricy but at this place you certainely get what you pay for indeed
The best, most professional and experienced crew in Miami. Especially when it comes to window tinting and ceramic coatings. I recommend this place to several friends with Teslas and all had nothing but praise for the work done here.
PLEASE AVOID THIS save your money . Horrible cleaning for $28 you get way better cleaning elsewhere. They don’t advertise prices for guests to see they have very small board saying what they don’t clean anything inside just dash board which is mediocre cleaning any way, once car is “clean” you check your vehículo to see how it is and inside looks pretty much the same . When you ask they tell you oh sits and doors are not included that cost $45 . Omg horrible . If you don’t want to have a bad moment just don’t visit this guys .
