Bought a used vehicle with an "we owe" agreement. I took it to my mechanic and they inspected it for problems. The dealership kept it for a month waiting on parts. I drove it for 3 months and some of the same issues popped up. When I contacted the dealership I was told the customer service support window had closed. I took it to a different dealership and they came up with the same error codes as before. My mechanic said the same issues were never addressed and that is why I am still having problems. This is not right!
All fake. I bought my first car there, a 2014 Buick Encore. A rip-off. It had a problem with the catalytic converter. I finished paying off my second car, a 2018 model. Two weeks ago, it started having problems with the coolant reservoir. They replaced it, charged me $700, and the problem persists. Now I'd have to pay for another car. Where's the dealership's professional warranty?

I bought a GMC this year, and after a month and a week the check engine light came on. I took it to the dealership for service, and they called me saying they took the car for a test drive, crashed it, and that I should call my insurance company to get it fixed. I've never seen such disrespect and lack of courtesy, besides being given the runaround and threatened with legal action. I didn't crash it; it was at the dealership two days ago.
