I always recommend Northwest to others because I am satisfied with the service, and the rates offered is yet the best offer I’d come across. I always have an amazing experience with Yeniffer Mendoza. My experience was fantastic.. I purchase a vehicle and got a great deal on my insurance for my 2014 impala..The agent was friendly energetic and its great to know that they are multiple locations near me. I will tell my friends and family about Northwest Insurance.
I would like to say that my encounter with a Northwest employee was excellent the customer service, knowledge and the over all experience was great. Malikah Parker was a joy to talk to and was very helpful.
I apologize for even giving one star but today 9/27. The call was answered by Lisa who was very willing however when put on brief hold to view account another woman takes the call with not a very nice disposition with adding “I can give your actual insurance telephone number you call yourself”. Nonetheless not good impression for this company!
I was NEVER able to reach my actual agent. She has a voicemail that she keeps full, so you can't leave a message. They lie about when they will correct their mistakes on your policy. I canceled my insurance. It is past the 30 days in which they are legally required to issue my refund my refund. I've heard nothing. I will be following up with the BBB.
Northwest Insurance Network has offer me a great rate for my six month policy. The customer service I receive from Yannett Carrillo was outstanding. I'm very please with Northwest Insurance Network.
