If I could even rate it with 0 stars I would! Took them a while on someone to pick up the phone. Person on the phone was just plain rude and didn’t explain to me briefly their policies. Just literally gave me a dry response and felt like she didn’t want to help me out.

Worst service ever!!!! The people that answer you are very rude and unprofessional, I cancelled and they moved the date just to keep the money for them. At the beginning they are very nice but when you call just to change your address or for another issues they are so rude.
