She was also very patient with me because I didn't have all the information for her. I am so glad I chose Northwest Insurance because of her. She made everything an easy experience.

Where should I begin. This company falls to call their customers back for Claims, I found myself calling the adjuster daily with no return call or emails. Once I talk to her she was did not the company polices therefore there was a lot of back and forth calling and emails that I never received responses to. Company does not work with customers at all and become very rude when asked about services. Needless to say. They have very limited resources and the customers suffer as result. I’ve been waiting over 3 months for approval on a car accident Claim. Yup would not recommend this company to anyone. I would rate them at less than 1 star if I could. I will not be renewing my policy and I don’t recommend anyone to waste their money on a company that doesn’t ensure their customers are taken care of

They really value you as a customer. The insurance agent I had was never available. In fact every call I made went to voicemail! Every time I was up for renewal there was a delay for her to get back with me. I decided to switch insurance, called the corporate office and was floored with the reception! All to say Jessica and Anita smooth out any Q&A I had. Then continue to expedite important dated info I needed. This kept me as a customer and a new agent !
